cline Posted March 8, 2012 Report Share Posted March 8, 2012 I have kicked it this week w squats @ 155 ( below knee), bench press 115, and backward lunges w 70 # held over head (female bw 165, down about 23 in 3 mos).A well regarded trainer, in a very public way, stopped me at my gym tonight and told me how awesome I look - in front of her client and everyone else (I am not a client).Woot?
