  9. Rest days are when we build muscle, so just imagine all that soreness is your muscles expanding and beefing out! Also - moose meatballs? I am imagining them as giant meatballs with antlers. Just wanted to share that!
  10. Day 2 round up! Goal 4 achieved - got up early and was productive by going to my intern placement for the day. Goal 3 achieved - JUST! I almost went over because when I was walking home it was glorious sunshine in Dublin and I got a milkshake to celebrate. As for today, Goal 2 is on for this evening - touch rugby game, out in more of this amazing sunshine! Sorry to keep banging on about it, but I'm Scottish and am generally just pretty astounded to see the sun at any time Calories are on track too. I had one of my two possible getting up late days today, so I'm saving my other one for the weekend. My productive thing today will be applying for jobs - wish me luck!

  14. Great start to the challenge! Recap of day 1: Got up by 10am, so good start for goal 4! Got everything done on my list of stuff I had to do today, so various productive things accomplished today - tutored a kid, filled in boring forms I've been putting off forever etc. Also . . . I've found a boxing club! It's only about 10 mins away by car and it's female-friendly and has a variety of classes. I'm going to go along to see try the beginner's boxing session this week (Friday night) and see how I get on. There's also more advanced classes, which I'd probably need a bit of practice before I go for as I haven't boxed for a year, and White Collar classes, where you get trained up for charity boxing matches. So yay! I'm under my calories for the food goal and have had a veg portion and two pieces of fruit today, so pleased with that. As for exercise, I didn't get in a session today but I did walk for two hours (two one-hour walks) with the dog so I was pretty active. Overall, a good start! Glad to see everyone's getting off to a fine start with their challenges too

  16. Good luck with your challenge! Goal 4 is a great one - I'm terrible for taking off eyemakeup in particular, so my pillow covers have a nice patchwork of various sparkly shades. Do you have a particular product you use?

I don't mind which way we do it - it can be incorporated into one of my fitness goals this challenge, but PVP sounds cool too . . . what do you think? How do you set up a PVP?
