  1. Week 1: I have quite a few tests this week, so Im sorry I haven't been that active. Week one went great! I have been waking up (difficultly) to do the morning stretches, on saturday I stretched in the afternoon because I couldn't bring myself to get out of my bed in the morning. I went to the gym on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Im planning on doing exercise on Mondays, but because of a lab I can't until the third week of the challenge. I need to step up my game on writing my daily updates!!
  2. Tomorrow I'll be writing a full weekly report, but yesterday I went to the gym with a friend and we are going again tomorrow

  4. Day 3: I did my stretches a bit lazily, but they woke me up which is the whole point. Decided not to go to gym today to focus on a Immunology test tomorrow. They say it's the hardest one 😨. On Friday I will start full blast on gym workouts.
  5. As Captain Starsapart was inspecting the horizon, she notices a simmering dash of blue on green on the nearby waters. She leaned over the railing, thinking it might be a large fish or dolphin. Suddenly, a great big fish leaped out of the water and over the Sea Witch and back into the water on the other side, but It was no fish, it was a mighty Siren, strong and powerful. Sudden horror rushed through the faces of the crew, for only misfortune accompanies such a beast. "Cover ye ears if ye wanna live!!" the Captain screamed to it's crew members. Everyone rushed around in a frenzy, trying to find cover from the mighty beast. The siren leaped once more, flipping gracefully before landing near the starboard railing of the bow. His beautiful shimmering tail resembled that of a dolphin, but with fish scales of iridescent blue and green. As soon as he touched dry land, his tale started morphing into legs with blue/green slacks of the exact same design as his tale. By the time he stood up, all guns were pointed at him. He quickly put his hands in the air, "Ahoy, Pirates! I assure you I mean you no harm, I am but a humble siren looking for someplace to rest. I come from a sea tribe many seas away and I am all alone for my people have all been slain by poachers. I simply ask to join you in your travels and in return I can offer much guidance for I am much adept at navigation." Starsapart looks skeptically at the siren, unsure of its intentions. "They call me Kenyo, Im from the Caribbean waters near Puerto Rico. I can help with your voyage and any other duties onboard". "I see, ye show must promise to me voyage. Alas, I must discuss with me other captain, DreamPirate, before letting the likes of ya onboard." The Captains met and debated furiously before returning to him. "So, may I stay onboard? Any ship is fine.."
  6. Well I'm not really much of a morning person, so it's been hard to get my butt out of bed and on the mat. Slowly I'll get there
  7. Day 2 was kinda a bust (I know, bad start). I woke up really late today so I didn't have time to do the morning stretch. I have a test this thursday so I really have been just pouring myself in my studies. Tomorrow is a new day and a new start.
  8. I'm also in the Nerd Fitness Academy (great resource) and will be doing the Level 1 Dumbbell workout from there.

  10. This brings me back to my childhood, I LOVED this game!! 110 for me. I can definitely integrate this into my morning stretch/wake-up routine.
  11. INTRODUCTION: As a new member of the Assassins, i want to prove myself to my guild. For this reason, I want to stay true to the ideals of the Assassin guild: strength, flexibility and functionality. My goal is to show that I am committed to this guild and to work toward what it represents. MAIN QUEST: I want to work mostly on strength and flexibility, that way I can look better and most importantly feel better. In my first quest I worked on building habits, but now I want to work on consistency, keeping up those habits and merging them into my life seamlessly. My goal at the end of this challenge is to look and feel stronger (by greater weith lift, more defined muscles) and to be more flexible (touch my toes, reach the floor, reach farther in general). QUEST 1: Gym Time (STR +5) I will be doing 3 gym workouts weekly: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If for some reason I miss some of these days, I have until Sunday to make it up for that week. A: 3 workouts a weekB: 2 workouts a weekC: 1 workout a weekQUEST 2: Yoga Stretches (DEX +5) I want to be more nimble and flexible for many reasons and what better way to do this than through yoga. I have decided to do every morning a 15 minute Sun Salutations or Vinyasa. This will also help me to feel ore awake and energetic in the morning. This will be the hardest one for me because I'm generally not a morning person. A: 7 morning stretchesB: 5-6 morning stretchesC: 3-4 morning stretchesQUEST 3: Keeping in Contact (CHA +3) One of the big faults last challenge was that I wouldn't keep the thread updated so I felt a little less obligated to go through with what I had to do. This time I will do more complete weekly breakdowns of all that I did that week and how I felt and very short daily statements of what I did that day. A: 7 daily posts and the weekly postB: 5-6 daily posts and the weekly postC: 3-4 daily posts and no weekly postLife Quest: Treat the Bae Right (CHA +1, WIS +1) Me and my boyfriend have been so busy with school work, we barely have time for each other. I won't be grading this one, I just want an incentive to spend more time with him and give him the time and attention he deserves. If we get to go out on a proper date every week or two, I will consider this one done. With this one its not about the points but about the memories. Adding the points up, I will have earned after the 6 weeks: STR : 5 (A: 5, B: 3.75, C: 2.5) DEX : 5 (A: 5, B: 3.75, C: 2.5) STA : 0 WIS : 1 CON: 0 CHA : 4 (A: 4, B: 3, C: 2) MOTIVATION: This has been something I've been meaning to do but never got to it, to be stronger and more flexible. I want to feel like a Superhero, agile and strong.   12. I honestly wasn't expecting any drastic change to my body, but I am happy that I've established a good routine now that I can get comfortable with. I think the biggest and most important change is my outlook on working out in general. I feel now that it's a crucial part of my week to destress, I always feel better emotionally after a workout.
  13. I just remembered I NEVER LEVELED UP!!!!!! I'm gonna do that now.
