I know back in my taekwondo days, I was doing Elements 2-3 times a week, and my instructor was shocked how much my flexibility improved over Christmas break.  This time, I am more looking for wrist-strength in a bid for less fragility (although mobility would be a nice side effect).  So hopefully, I just need a tad more frequency to get the results I want, since I am averaging 1.5 sessions per week rn.
