I'm particularly sympathetic to the GMB goal since I've definitely played with them on "minimal settings" before and been unclear on what I was getting out of it. I know back in my taekwondo days, I was doing Elements 2-3 times a week, and my instructor was shocked how much my flexibility improved over Christmas break. This time, I am more looking for wrist-strength in a bid for less fragility (although mobility would be a nice side effect).
