Tzippi Longstockings Posted December 26, 2014 Author Report Share Posted December 26, 2014 I am going to start my list of smaller goals here, so i have a place to keep track of successes before I manage to solidify in my head what my "Epic Quest/Level 50" even looks like. I feel like I'm very much in a state of flux right now, and have been achieving things I never thought possible even four months ago, so I am giving myself some time to fill in that placeholder up there. In the meantime, brass tacks, stuff I can work towards in the next year or two (some I can only do in Japan, some I can't do until I return to the US): 1.) Do an unassisted Pull-up 2.) Do ## Pull-ups 3.) Run 10K in one go 4.) Do twenty push-ups (standard - no kneesies) 5.) Do a one-armed push-up 6.) Do a 60 second handstand 7.) Take a weaponry class 8.) Take an aerial silks class 9.) Take a pole class 10.) Try training with a sledgehammer 11.) Climb a climbing wall 12.) Try natto 13.) (hard to define, but) comfortably wear a bikini in front of people 14.) Finish a NaNoWriMo 15.) Climb Mt. Ishizuchi 16.) Climb Mt. Fuji 17.) Play taiko 18.) Have an adult Bat Mitzvah/ chant Torah 19.) Build a garden for food 20.) Can enough tomatoes to last a winter 21.) Parshah challenge from Simchat Torah to Simchat Torah 22.) Get to where I can do tray work (belly dance, tray of burning candles on your head) again, all the way to the ground and up. 23.) Find a Tribal Style belly dance troupe and join it. 24.) Take a massage class/workshop. 25.) Learn to read Japanese well enough to read childrens' manga untranslated. (i.e. few kanji) 26.) Raise a "Victory Garden" of food to eat fresh or can for winter. 27.) Sight-read Hebrew 28.) Speak "travel" Modern Hebrew 29.)
