While the vagaries of your schedule are a mystery to me, but it seems that at least ten to twelve hours have vanished from your schedule without a trace.   I think we need to address this.     • Grewynn sets off on her hike to see if she can discover more about the spiders and the parcels. It isn't a long hike, so her backpack is light, but hopefully it will be a good hike   I decided for my extra walk, I would try my weighted backpack while I walked on the walking pad. I haven't worn the backpack in forever. I was always too tired.  A few weeks ago, my friend borrowed it, and she talked about how "they" said it was a good idea to start at light. And it dawned on me. I always try and make it a challenge to see how heavy I can go. But, duh, the weights are very easy to take out. I could go lighter. Amd on the walking pad, I don't even need to do hills. So, it was a good zone 2 workout. The extra weight helped up it to a zone 2, but it wasn't exhausting. I listed to a podcast, and watched a video of a walk through the gardens
    • 1400 seems super low to me. You are doing a lot of walking as well as the intervals. My two cents (internet advice) you can take or leave it as you wish: Stick at 1,800, and focus on building strength.  I think you will be  more likely to obtain the look you want when you have toned muscles.  Have you read Staci's story?  She had an amazing body transformation. It happened when she started focusing on muscle instead of weight loss.  I know,  we all grew up thinking the thing we really needed to do was just lose a little more weight.     • I definitely had an idea for trek that I have now completely forgotten... I've got nothing for passport, and hike feels too close to trek. Unless I get my idea back I'm officially skipping them all, because apparently I'm grumpy tonight? 
    • I tip my hat to you, my friend! Most impressive!     That second line is perfection. This warms my nerdy little heart      There's a part of me that would love to do a trail like that, and another part of me that really likes my bed... 
    • Did my workout today. It's very interesting doing a short workout every day. I figured it would be a placeholder workout. Just keeping things at maintenance. But, I feel so fresh each workout, that I am able to add weight/reps without much problem.   My friend and I opted to go for our weekly walk Thursday instead of today, due to rain. I decided to  go for a walk on my walking pad, while wearing my weighted vest, to get a bit of Zone 2 in. It also was for the West Marchers Adventure challenge, which was to do an extra walk.    I did go on my morning start time(just barely, but still counts) and am working on the water. I need 14 oz in the next 90 minutes (I try not to drink much after 9 pm)   I think I will fix some tea.
