    • Afternoon   I was craving more food after lunch so I had 2 whippet cookies. Total will be 1800 for the day.   At 1 I had a coffee, love me my coffee! Then I paced my last 5k steps.   ----------   Went grocery shopping quick and found out my hubs has to go out of town again for work tomorrow till Monday. I'll miss him but I can hold down the fort until his return.   ----------   I deleted my Instagram account. I never posted on there but followed a bunch of fitness people and am just sick of seeing half naked people, borderline born. I'm getting rid of all these other influences that are bad for my mental health.    Since getting more serious about my faith in God, I just find a lot of what's happening in the real world to be poisonous to my faith.     Even watching "the real housewives of Beverly Hills" there is so much on the LGBTQ that I am against. Lots of drama that I'm not sure I want to keep watching it. The world is really fucked up with its beliefs and I definitely see the devil playing with people.   ----------   Got groceries, made supper, chicken, potatoes and carrots. Cleaned up, got kiddos in bed and enjoyed a hot chocolate. 
    • I hope you're right. For the world's sake lol. Tired flea is not a friendly flea by any means. I'm weird and don't actually mind getting up in the dark. While I absolutely would not call myself a morning person, I like the feeling of like "yeah I'm up and getting stuff done while the world is still sleeping whee!" Except that my brother's work schedule now means he'll be getting home from work within an hour of me getting up so womp on that. We'll just have to continue ignoring each other's existence. 
    • Don't know, might be helpful for getting you into bed at the right time. Hardest part for me about getting up early is the darkness. Having lights on timers helps with that.
    • yeahhhhhhh no I definitely haven't. I've been talking about switching to this schedule for almost a year and just... not done so. But going to bed in the wee hours of the morning and staying in bed, asleep or not, until the afternoon is just not serving me well. So yeah. Gonna suck. Probably should not make "fix sleep schedule" and "no coffee" concurrent goals but oh well.
    • Good goals. Sounds like a big shift in your sleep schedule from what I remember; have you been one something closer to that?
