Turns out I was pretty right, because I regressed bad in terms of manageable weight. I can forget about one arm swings for long time, as my finger has maybe 30-40% mobility and about 0% gripping strength . Can't swing even 8kg in left hand alone. But I switched to two handed swings for "endurance" part of the program and I think it just HAS TO BE ENOUGH. On get-ups I have almost no issues, as fingers play miniscule role in the move. Then I did non stop 60 one arm swings (switching sides every 10) with 24kg, and after short rest another 40 !!! Getups: 1 set (1R + 1L) with 32kg, 1 (right hand ) with 40kg, 1 (left hand) with 32kg because with 40 I wasn't able to get on elbow (two tries) 3 remaining sets with 32kg.
