And on my 40th b-day I will do full S&S routine with 40kg kettlebell. And I will survive it enjoy it! 1 Quote I absolutely CAN run on caffeine and hatred. But only with a dash of milk. Due to hand injury last winter and the setback it still gives me, I needed to revise my goal. I decided to ditch the time factor from Simple&Sinister routine and do "Timeless" version.
