Tabata is the name of the researcher that came up with the Tabata protocol. Or at least, his name was the first on the paper.

I've got a couple:

RTO - Rings Turned Out (meaning you make your palms face forward when on the rings)

OAC - One-arm Chinup

FL - Front Lever

BL - Back Lever

HS - Handstand

PL - Planche

GH - German Hang

HSPU - Handstand Pushup

HeSPU - Headstand Pushup (what people think of when you say 'handstand pushup', but it's only a half ROM HSPU)

OAFL/OAPL/OABL - One-arm whatever.

CC - Convict Conditioning

YAYOG - You Are Your Own Gym

GB - GymnasticBodies

OG - Overcoming Gravity

Quare? Quod vita mea non tua est.

You can call me Phi, Numbers, Sixteen or just plain 161803398874989.

I AM going the distance

'Cause all I wanna do is go the distance. Nobody's ever gone the distance with Creed, and if I can go that distance, you see, and that bell rings and I'm still standin', I'm gonna know for the first time in my life, see, that I weren't just another bum from the neighborhood.

ROaR - Rep Outta' Reach (usually grunted loudly after an incomplete set)

Never think of pain or danger or enemies a moment longer than is necessary to fight them. -Ayn Rand

Amongst those less skilled you can see all this energy escaping through contorted faces, gritted teeth and tight shoulders that consume huge

amounts of effort but contribute nothing to achieving the task.

I was going to add: WTF = indicates surprise at either someone's form, someone's lift, your own form, your own lift....

Relevant. A rare chance for me to use that, because I very rarely swear. And never to that degree.

I just want to add that I just saw the full dances a few months ago (Loren posted them on his FB). They are awesome.
