I've been scouring the internet for workout and weight loss advice and ended up here. I found tons of great blog posts and articles to motivate me so I thought I'd join up! I don't know what I'm doing AT ALL, so expect quite a few questions from me. I just know that it is time to change. I have been eating better for a few weeks now and doing some light workouts. I'm already feeling more energized and am ready to kick it up a notch.
