Totally wooting!!I measured myself on the 8th of July and these were my measurements:Neck 16Top of arm L 17 R 17Under bust 42Bust 47.5Waist 40Hips 51.5Top of thigh L 33.5 R 33Top of knee L 21.5 R 22I measured myself yesterday and I measured:Neck 15Top of arm L 16.5 R 16.75Under bust 40 Bust 46Waist 37.75Hips 48.5Top of thigh L 31 R 31.5Top of knee L 20.5 R 20So ive lost a GRAND TOTAL OF 18 INCHES!!! You are literally working your butt off! Nice job! I find the top of the arm has been the absolute hardest place for me to lose inches - I think it's just one of those places that doesn't leave quickly, so don't be discouraged if you had less loss there than elsewhere - that's the norm. Thank you so much! !Im doing the bodyweight beginners workout whilst my little man is napping and I'm using it as my challenge, I do it every other day so it's 3 days a week this week and 4 next week its been tough but im actually really enjoying it I've been eating paleo and going for walks as well so im super jazzed Yay me!
