I haven't missed a workout, I can almost do the full beginner body weight circuit in good form (only not able to finish pushups in the third circuit) and I have entirely too much energy now I started at 312 lbs, and go in for a physical with my doctor tomorrow, can't wait to see where I stand! 1 Quote I haven't made a goal, I have made a lifestyle change.I am not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday.It was hard to make changes at first, I will never go back.The only person that was standing in my way was me. Goofyfoot Posted December 23, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 23, 2013 Physical went fantastic! I am now at 301 lbs and 36.5% body fat. The last time I had one (15 months ago) I was 339 lbs and 45% body fat, with serious health risks. My doctor was very pleased with me, and just because I was curious, I asked when the last time I was under 300 was, and his records showed when I was 18 (8 years ago) I was 296 lbs. Here's to looking and feeling better every day!
