paulapalooza
I started strength training near the end of last summer, and I have finally reached the benchmark of a 200 pound deadlift. This is quite a bit, considering I weigh about 115 pounds. Here's some photographic evidence of the feat. I am mostly posting these pictures because my face amuses me so much. 3 Quote Link to comment

Breaking lurk mode just to say I bragged about you on Facebook: This went right into my Inspiration/Motivation album, right beside photos of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jim Wendler, and long posts like this. Oh my god this made my day. :') I've been inspired by girls my size (ok maybe 10 pounds heavier) picking up 300 pounds (still impressive), and I feel really flattered to be an inspiration to others. Also, that post was pretty inspirational. And fun to look at. Heh. Quote Link to comment
