...3 weeks without eating any processed sugar!

 

Its amazing, I don't miss it at all. The only sugar I get now is from fruit. My energy levels are consistent and I am able to stay awake all day with no problems, whereas I used to fall asleep around 10 am and then again around 2:30 pm everyday like clockwork, no matter how many hours I slept the night before.

 

I also don't feel the need to snack anymore, and I don't feel all that hungry in the mornings. Today is the first day that I didn't feel hungry enough to eat breakfast.

Congrats!

 

I'd love to do this too, but between the famlies of my husband & I, we have at least one birthday/religious celebration per month!

 

There might be a two month stretch in late summer, but sept-oct makes up for it!

 

Currently we have Easter/Passover/mom's b-day/mother's day staring us down.

If you keep strong, maybe I can too!
