Sorry for the radio silence.  I"m still in this, baseline of 40 standard pushups.  UPdating the spreadsheet now

Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons.

Done for today.... I threw in some short 5 rep workouts while cooking and tried to focus on form.

Got 40 for today....

 

GhostFace, you add up your daily reps to the weekly and these will be scored. It's not AMRAP per week those are just to determine your "level".

See previous pages.

 

 

The sets can be brocken into smaller workouts so I guess we don't have to do AMRAP. Instead we do push-ups and add how many we did a day.

On the end of this week we add our total to the spreadsheet.

I'd be interested if I understood the "Points" thingie right....

Example:

So  have 13 as starting point. In the week I do lets say 13+7+8+14+13+13+15= 83

83 divided by 13 are 6.3 so I score 6 points?

I keep track of many of my workouts in a Note in my phone, then put it into my Spreadsheet of Awesomeness later in the day or the next day. Barely better than a piece of paper, but works for me. :)

 

I do the same thing for my exercises! :D And I see you're doing the Angry birds workout as well. High five!

 

Hufflepuff has 2 Keepers assigned, Arya and Aoife.  One should be a Chaser I think.

 

True that. Who wants to join the chasers? :)

 

I did 105 push-ups during today's strength training, but let's see if I can squish in some more before bedtime!

I just finished 70 knee push-ups. Woot woot!

 

10 knee push-ups for every page I study is a very good incentive. And a great way to help my team beat Ravenclaw. ;)

Yep- I like the Angry Birds workout, though I have never played the game. Sometimes I swap it with the BBWW.

Ironically, I decided to update the spreadsheet all day long instead of tracking in my phone. All these pushups! And I was so proud of getting to 45 so far today. Uh, I mean, go Hufflepuff! ;)
