I owe a lot of this success to NF and helping me find my fitness muse... and they're called deadlifts. Honestly I have always hated running and long boring cardio once I found the blog posts by Steve and Staci on weight lifting, I was hooked. The stars aligned, the iron went up, and my weight went down. I am now only 16 lbs away from my goal of 180lbs, the weight I was 13 years ago in the Navy. I have been as low as 219 but had a corporate outing and a food slip up so working my way back down. I cant wait for the day where I can start my weight with a 1 as well!!!!
