Finally Under 200lbs!

For the first time in the last 5 years I can start my weight with a "1" and man does it feel good.  I owe a lot of this success to NF and helping me find my fitness muse... and they're called deadlifts.  Honestly I have always hated running and long boring cardio once I found the blog posts by Steve and Staci on weight lifting, I was hooked.  The stars aligned, the iron went up, and my weight went down.  I am now only 16 lbs away from my goal of 180lbs, the weight I was 13 years ago in the Navy.

Get Deadlift to 405 lbs for 2x6 - Current 260 lbs  2/16/14

Congrats and here's to you hitting your goal weight! Amen on the cardio and what a Godsend Steve's been in spreading the good word of weightlifting.
