GreySteel Posted March 8, 2015 Report Share Posted March 8, 2015 Hey there, I've never posted on here before, but I'm using my "20 seconds of courage" to write something now.... I have gone 7 whole days without any soft drink. Not a single drop. Whoop! It might not sound like much but for me this is huge. I've never made it passed 3 days before as I've just been so addicted to it The last week hasn't been easy. I don't think there was a single day when I didn't think about having one. Hopefully one day I will be able to enjoy it every now and again, and it not lead to a domino effect where I completely jump off the wagon as it explodes behind me. If a supportive/competitive arena would help you, consider joining the Player Vs Player soda elimination challenge. Everyone's at a different starting point, and they will help nag/encourage you to stay on course.
