My path to victory was paved by a mistaken loading of only 185lbs on the bar for my first triple, the smashing of a volume PR by hitting a correctly loaded 187.5 for another triple, then 195 and 200 for singles. I mean, I fricking know its the same weight, I can do a little math. But if I think of it as just adding 10 or 20# to what I just pulled its no big deal. 1 Quote "For us, there is no spring. I mean, I fricking know its the same weight, I can do a little math. But if I think of it as just adding 10 or 20# to what I just pulled its no big deal. Thanks! I remember the first time I lifted enough weight to qualify for using a 45, I got mad when I realized I loaded littler plates when I could have been more efficient. LOL. But for 45 numero dos, who knows maybe I'll have to employ that psychological trick.
