  1. I've run during 10 minutes tonight but I have NO idea how much distance I've done. I was just runing in my room while listening to music so... Anyone have an idea ?
  2. Oh crap... This seems a little too big for us... Run people! But leave no one behind ! Tipwel waited for everyone to pass before him and took the last spot to make sure everyone was OK. Allright, let's get running
  3. Yeah ! A lot. I wouldn't go to gym if I was alone. But with friends it's super nice. Even more, since it's at work
  4. Yeah ! And I love the feeling. Today was a benchmark in my fitness adventure too. I went on the scale and I took weight but my body fat was lower that yesterday! That's pretty awesome
  5. It'll probably be in one month or something like that. I'll have plenty of help for sure. I'm really looking forward for this summer too ! There's a swiming pool on the roof Gym today was INSANE. My co-workers are INSANE. The workout looked like this: 6-8-10 reps for each of these 50lbs barbell on a bench when doing reverse crunch at the same time Some crazy, hand to feet crunches on the ground Ab wheels Jumping lunge 25lbs dumbell Man Maker (THAT, was, insane) PLUS 2-4-6-8-10 reps (I've stoped at 4 because after the 1st stuffs, I was about to die!) 50lbs sumo deadlift pushups 20lbs cattlebell Chin-up THAT WAS CRAZY OH MY GOD...!
  6. I really liked it ! After I'll move to my new home, I'll probably start going to yoga courses a lot
  7. I went to a yoga course today. That was pretty nice! It was way harder than expected too . One step in the druid direction, hehe.

  11. I went to the gym today with my co-worker, that was HARD. Oh my god, I'll be in pain tomorrow (again) for sure. On a side note, I'm going to sign papers to buy a new place (co-property) tonight. I can't stay in place! I'll finally be able to walk to work instead of taking my car and roll during 20 km. That also means I'll be able to go at the gym at work everytime I want. YAY
  12. Tipwel, out of his meditation after hearing combat noise, grabed his axe and his shield and went where the party was. After listing to Teros he said: "I'm an adventurer and I like unplaned adventures so let's screw that map and go where the goblin were heading. I hope there are tons of 'em" Looking at the corpse with daggers and arrows in it he then said "Damn, rangers, always stealling the kills..." Follow the dead goblin
  13. Yeah, I'm measuring myself once a week. It helps me for sure !
  14. After that hard work Tipwel went to a corner and sit on a big rock to meditate a bit on what is going to happen next. That was not an easy task to do, but all that teamwork will pay for sure.
  15. Tipwel smiled at Ravnos after hearing that the arrow made its way through a goblin. "Nice shot brother, I should have learned to use a bow just for that moment" - He said to Ravnos. "I'll have my green killing stuff soon too, I know it". With a little pause, he then looked at the new pile of rocks and said:"Allright then, let's move rocks again." After a few rocks, "Gods are not with us it seems, they wanted us to do a little bit more effort, we were doing this so easily!" - He then said looking at the ceiling.
  16. Well, I still have lost something like 3% already but now, I'm on a plateau. Sadly! But I keep going through this.
  17. Allright, so I'm officialy in pain ! haha Ha sweet pain... I'm wondering if I'll be able to do my main quest this challenge though... My bodyfat doesn't seem to move sadly I know I've still 5 weeks, but, I don't know... My scale is always showing me the same thing with +0.1 or -0.1. I know I don't need to take exactly what the scale is showing but that was cool during the 1st six week to see it do down from 20 to 17 ! I bought myself a calliper and I'm also doing some measurement on the interwebz. I hope I'll be able to do achieve something.
  18. So as I said, I went to the gym at work with some coworkers today. That was... not fun, haha. Well, a "good" not fun. They are training for years and I'm a n00b at it! Since I'm training for 2 months, but I went at my own pace I've done: 30 Inverted Dumbell press @ 25lbs on each arm 23 Lateral pushups 30 deadlift @ 90 lbs 12 chinups 24 abs wheel I'll have problem moving tomorrow, I know it!
  19. So for today! 1st time at the gym! 30 Inverted Dumbell press @ 25lbs on each arm = 1500lbs 23 Lateral pushups @ 169.3lbs/2 = 1947 lbs 30 deadlift @ 90lbs = 2700lbs 12 chinups @ 169.3lbs/2 = 1016lbs 24 abs wheel @ 169.3lbs/2 = 2031lbs For a total of: 9194 lbs
