  10. Hello, people! I am Haniya (pronounced Hun-nee-yah) and I have entered as a ranger to challenge myself. Hopefully, my experiment will help me build my habits and my body. To be honest, I still can't quite figure out my class but, for now, rangers sit close to me and my objectives of strength and stamina. So, here I am and here I go! WE all know how our health is the important thing in the world and especially when you've been obese half your childhood. Its hard to get back on the health horse. Really recovering my good healthy self back has been a massive struggle, no less a bumpy roller coaster ride of high and lows. Well, I've been at it for quite a while with the NERDS--actually listening and enjoying the company of the people--thus, naturally, I come running to health, happiness and fittitude! Well, anyways! I live in Pakistan (south east asia) where carbohydrate is as important and as common as air and I am not joking! OUR DIET AND CUISINE IS JUST FULL OF IT AND EVEN IF YOU TRIED YOU JUST CANT SHAKE IT OFF AND IGNORE IT! BUT. I. WANT. TO. CHANGE. MYSELF. I DON'T WANT TO BE ADDICTED ANYMORE AND THAT'S MY MAIN MISSION HERE! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY! I will go slow this time and not overwhelm myself as much as I am prone to so I'll just go over the basics of my mission. Cus. I. Can. And. I. Love. To. Sound. Very. Official. So. Operation 2: Find the lost Tomb of Rorustan You want to be the next Lara Croft? You want to go on adventures and move mountains like her, yes? Change the course of time and history like her? Then, you got to train like her! Her strong and Charismatic body took years and years of hard work and perseverance! Can you keep up? *CanI?* Journey to the lost tombs, human and bring forth power! My objective is to run and do body weight exercises (darebee and skipping rope) 3-4 times in a week with two days rest period. Walk for 20-30 mins daily. CAN YOU HEAR THE SPIRITS TALKING? YES! I DO! I CAN HEAR LARA CROFT! MASTER, I CAN HEAR HER WHISPERS FROM THE INSIDE, SPEAKING OUT TO ME (awksslipawaytoyonder) Operation 3: Bend it like Korra! Before she was the avatar, Korra knew nothing of her powers and how to control them but with the help of her teachers and peers, she blossomed into the strongest being we know today! Want to Bend it like Korra? *Heck Yeah* You have to dedicate some time to your education. Learn and grow like the avatar. Daily one hour or half an hour max (pomodoro) Meditate to calm your souls. A clear and tension free mind is a happy mind! TAI CHI PRACTICE! Watch David Dorian Ross videos and practice along. New videos everyday to build your 103 long form practice. Operation, "Be as flexible as Kamala Khan" SUPERHERO BY DAY, REGULAR GAMER CHILD BY NIGHT! Balancing your hero and human life takes a lot of work but you have to do this in order for the world to make sense plus, fun time is fun time!   12. Did I dream that I submitted my report here? Wow, anyway! Yesterday was somebody's wedding so naturally it's when you go loco over food BUT, I CAN HAPPILY REPORT THAT, I DIDNT GO LOCO! I controlled my intake and didn't have the desserts either so I consider that a win! Woot Oranges are a must, no? Celebratory orange before bed! Woot! 4-5 in total or maybe 6? Idk, I forget. I ran early at 6 PM before going so that was an amazing win as well plus the early morning body weight exercise! Overall successfully day! Good lunch, breakfast and dinner! Who knew right?   15. Oh my god! What a day! What a day, guys! Sorry, I couldn't exercise today but it's okay--what's not okay was how much food there was today, and, I really did control today! Can't say It was awesome but, yeah, I had everything (but one mince meat dumpling thing and cold drinks) today in our one dish party which had these mini burgers, pizza buns, chocolate oreo cake (3 of em in small pieces), nuggets, kebabs (in had two of those), spaghetti (cheese and red sauce; I had a controlled amount of that) and club sandwiches (shmoll ) So, I consider that an achievement because I had small or single servings of each and didn't eat anymore (two cups of greet tea: one in college and one at home) AND JUST WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THE ORANGES WE BOUGHT--JUST AWESOMELY SWEET AND COOL! SO JUICY! 2OWOWOWO I HAD 4. LULS. 3 grilled and pan fried tomatos Pretty much my day before I went to sleep. Let's see what will happen now after I leave the bed.   17. Oh, you think my fast day would've gone well--boy, was it wrong! I tried to IF but I think that cup of green tea ruined it all because I felt nauseous till the end of my first lecture so I had to end it by eating an omelette and 2 pieces of white bread (shame, right?) WHICH, OF-COURSE, I shared with my best friend.. I THOUGHT I WAS GOLDEN AFTER THAT AND WOULD LAST TILL OFF TIME BUT NOOOOOO, I CRACKED AND I HAD TO CALL ME MUM FOR FOOD (which she was kind enough to send with my ride; a box of minced meat and khichdi//rice--a bit too much, I must say--with two oranges) Boy, all the running and standing in college gets me so ridiculously hungry and damn tired at the end of day that I finished my lunch in the car even before reaching my house and when I got home, I went out immediately after hitting the hay. I couldn't even stay awake. The proceedings after waking up have been good, I ate cereal and 2 egg omelette with tomato, garlic, coriander and onion (was the oil a bit much, I couldn't tell) Did a 30 min walk, sprint thing outside (how effective? Today was a cheat day kind off at the last minture because of the one and a half bowl of Fruit chart which was hella sweet and zarda (not forgetting the coffee) Oh man, seeing my crush today just made me so happy. Gosh! I really missed her and it's crazy. Anyway, my breakfast good, lunch was controlled and good!   20. Okay, so, I am not going to the aerobics classes but from the 1st,I am heading over there and doing them fairly regularly. (Inshallah) Anyways, do I sprint and do body weight exercises today then? I did skip 100 times in the morning. (Wow, I don't believe it either) My diet has been really controlled. I know right? Omg. I didn't have anything bad today which is brilliant!! I miss the zombies run app doe. I had such a good run with it and it made running so much fun for me on a treadmill. (I don't enjoy treadmills even though I try to)but sprinting make it fun and most tolerable, if not, less annoying So, I am waiting for my new iPhone to arrive soon (please 6 or 5plus) so that I could enjoy zombies run again.   21. OMG! STAR WARS; FA WAS EPIC! ME AND MY SISTER WENT TO SEE OUR FIRST STAR WARS AND MY, MY I AM HOOKED (HOPE I CAN FIND THE WHOLE COMPENDIUM OF IT) Breakfast, to say, was good! Omelette, two toasts with butter and tea with honey. 2 oranges Studied for a bit and light jog for 5 mins before showering and changing my clothes. Half a naan and karahi for lunch then off for the cinema! There is might have loaded myself with caramel popcorn (i love the smell of them. Even though me and my sister were going to share a large box but she stopped midway and I ended up having a fairly large amount?) Also, tea. Oops? Back home now to 3 glasses of water (1.5 litre water bottle) and a cup of green tea before deciding whether to do my korra workout now or wait.   23. Day 3! 2 fried egg and 2 buttered brown bread (dude it was good) with teas Did ja know I love dates and oranges very much? Yeah I know. and small pizza for dinner? Just one small piece, it was. For lunch, i had corn flakes and milk. (Yes, please luls) with a digestive biscuits (1 and 1/2) as a snack during my study. OOPS, COFFEE AGAIN! whyyounoleffmesugarwhyyouluffme TWO MAKE IT BETTER FOR ME, I SHOULD DRINK MORE WATER! And. Yeah. (Update: 4 glasses in one sitting; 2 kebabs, mix sabzi and fish curry--microwaved) oOH! I WOKE UP AND DID ONE SET OF THE WAKE UP BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES FROM DAREBEE AND I WILL WALK TODAY AS WELL!
