    • This is key for both comfort and style. A good denim shirt should fit comfortably on your shoulders without bunching, and the sleeves should reach at your wrists or mid-lower arm depending upon the look you're going for. The middle should be fitted without being too tight, considering some layering whenever needed.   Body Type: Look for a fit that compliments your body. Classic fits work well mostly, while slim fits can emphasize a lean form and relaxed up fits offer a more casual  look. Length: Choose if you prefer your shirt to hit at the hip, or have a longer, more casual drape. Comfort: The shirt shouldn't be excessively close or restrict movement. Try it on and move around to ensure a comfortable fit. Collars: Stiff collars offer a more formal look, while floppy collars with buttons are more casual. Pockets: Chest pockets are classic, but a few shirts have no pockets for a cleaner look.
    • Hi Darling! So glad you're home safe! I hope your transition back into routines smoothes out. 💜   Here to cheer of course!

    • No workout scheduled.   Not weekend.   Stamina Bar (Resilience/Emotional Energy) Really not in the mood for gaming, so touched up the nail polish from last night, and spent the rest of the evening binge reading Kate Aster romances from a decade and a half ago. Refreshingly transparent in their political points and propaganda, and very low mental effort.
    • Got stuck at work two hours late and decided I had the perfect excuse not to go.   Went any way. Stayed two hours, had fun. Cats are not amused with how late their supper is.
    • Quick posting before bed   🏋️‍♀️ First full PT appointment is in the books.  Man am I tired.  PT is hard work. Getting up and down the stairs was easier today, but walking is still sucky.   Water and meals were tracked and I was barely under my calories for the day (focaccia is just sooo good….and gone now lol).   🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Had a good chat with a really good friend today.  It helped take my mind off of not being able to move as much as I would like.   💸 Check book is balanced and budget is looking good for the end of the month. We have some things we are saving for (like a fenced in-yard for Maple).   🌻 I did get 15 minutes of world building in this morning.  I like this “little” time commitment, as I feel like I get something accomplished without feeling burnt out.  French lesson is also completed.  Later, I finished up the rest of the laundry and made some homemade ricotta(also easy AF).  Dinner was pork chops with the ricotta, a fig balsamic glaze and roasted broccoli and cabbage with some parmesan.  And lots of focaccia.  The family loved it enough (and it was easy enough) that I will add it to our rotation of meals.
