    • Following along! You're pictures (and pups!) are beautiful.    I'm new to being in a place where I can actually garden, I didn't realize you can do blueberries in a container. Do you bring them inside in the winter?
    • Shoes are in the wash. I made Daisy's food so I'm more likely to go visit her. I "weeded" my blueberry plant that was being taken over by grass.  And I watered my plants out the front.

    • Friday   Training: sauna x 2 Study: much art Chores: tidied, took rubbish down Mindbiscuits: uhhhhhm no apart from enjoying the sauna   I did two sessions in the sauna. I think one of them might have been too long because the sand timer seems to be broken and the sand stopped flowing. Now, later in the afternoon, I have a headache. Will try to remedy with salt water and ibuprofen. Spent too much time on the art to do German. No problem. Germany game tonight with Bromethius and Mr Harriet. Will catch up later!

    • Made a figure from imagination, then clothed it. Focus: big sleeves. I am making progress with both figures and clothes. It took ages, though, and many iterations.  
    • Hi Darling! ❤️    I have seen hacks where people put their watch on their ankle as a pedometer when their hands are busy. It is the internet so I don’t know how reliable that would be, but maybe? My ankles aren’t small enough to entertain the notion so I’ve never tried.   I hope you are able to get some grounding in. Thanks for the reminder to do the New Moon Tarot. ❤️

    • Starting weight: 258.2 lbs 06/03: 262.8 lbs 06/14: 258.2 lbs 06/25: 263.8 lbs 06/28: 261.3 lbs 07/05: 260.0 lbs   It was payday so I bought a pile of produce and have been having chlorophyll feasts more regularly. I think that is making the scale happier. I saw 258 again yesterday, but I am fine with not seeing it today as long as I know it’s out there.  I am still struggling with eating more than once a day and not really formatting my meal to make it a decent OMAD representation. The flip side of this is that I don’t really worry about overeating because as long as I am being reasonable, I’m not going over 2000 calories in a meal and I think my baseline is 2200 or whatever. I haven’t been tracking at all, can you tell? 😋 I know I should be formulating a plan for getting “better” results but I am honestly enjoying the no-stress that I have got going on right now. I might end up doing this for the summer and dialling in again come fall when all the summer produce fades and barbecuing gets paused again. We will see.    Hope you are all having an easy time sticking to your goals!
