I'm very excited for when I can take baby girl out in her car seat and just go for a drive on a nice day, without having to bundle her up in 13 layers and the car taking 10 minutes to heat up. While at 86 and battling cancer for 3 years this didn't come as a huge shock, Scooter was one of my mentors early on. We say good bye today and send him off tomorrow. On a lighter note, my daughter is working on balancing while standing on my hands. It his pretty suddenly yesterday morning. A lot of things didn't go as I thought they would, but it was still a good weekend. Debating not lifting today, but that seems silly. Kind of a chilly day today. -15 this morning coming into work. But, I saw that in a couple days, we're supposed to hit 20's. Here's hoping. Personally, I feel it's like the ultimate test of strength. How much weight can you grab and pick up off the floor. Tests grip strength, core strength, leg strength. I couldn't figure out how to do it without scraping my legs and bashing my knees. Once I got it figured out though....
