Goofyfoot
So I am officially through my first six weeks of being healthy. I barely missed the cutoff for the last challenge, but took on my own and it ended today. I started at 312 lbs, and am now 275lbs as of this morning. Wish I knew how to shrink my pictures, or what have you...they are too big to upload >_> would love to share my progress! But yea, 6 weeks and 37 lbs later eating right and exercising. Feels REALLY good. angelgoone
Congratulations Goofyfoot! I have just started my first 6 week challenge and I am ready! You must feel amazing knowing you can do it and it wasn't as bad as it sounded. What were your workout routines. How'd you do it? Quote Angelgoone Link to comment
Goofyfoot
I did the beginner body weigh circuit three times a week, and interval training 3 times a week. I started on wednesdays (tuesday with my work schedule is the best day for a rest day) with BBWC and alternated with interval training.I also drastically changed the way I eat. I am an all or nothing kind of guy, so gradually working my way into something doesn't work for me. I went 100% Paleo diet and don't plan on looking back any time soon. About week 3 I took the third interval day a week and swapped it with a yoga class. Looking and feeling good!
