My first 6 weeks!

Recommended Posts

So I am officially through my first six weeks of being healthy.  I barely missed the cutoff for the last challenge, but took on my own and it ended today.

I started at 312 lbs, and am now 275lbs as of this morning.  Wish I knew how to shrink my pictures, or what have you...they are too big to upload >_>  would love to share my progress!

But yea, 6 weeks and 37 lbs later eating right and exercising.  Feels REALLY good.

I haven't made a goal, I have made a lifestyle change.

I am not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday.

It was hard to make changes at first, I will never go back.

The only person that was standing in my way was me.

Now that I have gotten out of my way, nothing can stop me!

I did the beginner body weigh circuit three times a week, and interval training 3 times a week.  I started on wednesdays (tuesday with my work schedule is the best day for a rest day) with BBWC and alternated with interval training.

I also drastically changed the way I eat.  I am an all or nothing kind of guy, so gradually working my way into something doesn't work for me.  I went 100% Paleo diet and don't plan on looking back any time soon.  About week 3 I took the third interval day a week and swapped it with a yoga class.  Looking and feeling good! :D
