Modak Posted April 1, 2014 Report Share Posted April 1, 2014 So, I've been doing two sets of bbww for slightly more than a week now, which is a great workout for the day for me. I had been noticing that my muscles have not been sore on my off days anymore so I decided to run today. I ran for roughly 10 minutes at a decent pace from my daughter's school to home.
