In 51 minutes I will be a year older (bringing me to 38 of these fuckers!) and I want to start my next year with a choice that will (hopefully) support my future health. Easier said than done... I really like ice cream sandwiches and Netflix and reading books about permaculture... And, heavy bodies are hard to move. I think I would rather take a nap. but! I also love the great outdoors, and I have a forest in my backyard that's begging me to come out and play. And I want to do physical things like build lasagna gardens and shovel compost and wheelbarrow shit around the yard without killing myself. I thought about joining a gym but meh. I'd rather join the Adventurer class and do a bunch of body weight lifting exercises at home. looking forward to interacting with you folks here! Be well! Quote Link to comment
