  2. Maybe you'll be an anime voice actor one day? That'd be cool! (And I'll expect to see you signing at Comic Con ) And well done on stopping eating when you're full, that can be quite hard to do.
  3. Day 17: 4/4/17 Strength: Finally went back to the gym today Kind of thought I would if I brought my gym clothes with me to the meeting One Arm Dumbbell Snatch - 3x3/per arm. 14kg. New exercise for me, but wasn't actually that hard. Barbell Deadlift - 4x5 60kg. Can lift more, but last time I did I got so tired I couldn't do the rest of the workout properly, so I decided to drop back down to 60kg for now and maybe try working my way up slowly again. Assisted Dip - 4x5. 59kg - tough but I managed to push myself through the last reps. Assisted Chin-Up - 4x5. 50kg - tough but I did it, may need to keep at this weight longer though. Wall Slide - 2x10 - could do it all, but I think I kinda cheated because my arms weren't fully against the wall (though I did try) Diet: Really want that Lindt chocolate bunny But I'm managing to stay away from it for now. Friend asked if I wanted to get a two pizza deal with him. I felt bad saying no to the point I considered buying one and just not eating it lol. In the end I just kind of avoided the question *facepalm*. Least I managed to not have any pizza though, so I guess that's good. Education: 1/4 - I also showed this assignment to my supervisor, who basically said I need to rewrite it again. *Sigh* I think all my tutors hate me lol. House: Didn't hoover yet and the carpet has gotten really bad. Should get round to it soon, procrastination ftw.

  5. Wow I can so relate. It's so tough to leave your home, where you can schedule your meals and exercise timetable, to a place where you don't really have that much freedom at all. That really threw me off round Christmas when I visited my family. But know that once you get back into the routine of things you'll be feeling better and back to normal. Honey badger ftw!
  6. Day 16: 3/3/17 Strength: Didn't go, OK will definitely go tomorrow. (When I have assignments to do I just tend to drop any other activities I had planned to do. Will be meeting a tutor tomorrow so I can go after meeting). Diet: Done, but really craving chocolate Lindt bunnies. They're everywhere in the shops. Guess I got to hold out until Easter ends and then they'll be gone haha. Education: 1/4 House: Not yet. But now the carpet looks really bad. :/ Should probably do it soon (do have until the end of the week yes, but it will probably be even worse by then). I'm in my final year of Uni and this is the last month to get assignments done, so forgive me if I end up ranting and dumping all my stress on here . Trying to get these quests done and assignments at the same time is tough, but I'll try my best.

  8. Day 14: 1/3/17 Strength: Still recovering, though could probably go if I really wanted too lol. Diet: Done Education: 1/4 Total modules out of the week: 2/4. Damn. It's just so easy to focus on one module and forget about the rest. *Sigh*

  13. Day 13: 31/3/17 Strength: Still sore from 2 days ago (some of the exercises involved muscles I hadn't used in the previous gym day) Diet: Done Education: 1/4
  14. Day 12: 30/3/17 Strength: Rest Diet: Done Education: 1/4
  15. Day 11: 29/3/17 Strength: Did go to gym today I found today's exercise quite strenuous and tiring, maybe it was because of a lack of sleep and good diet. Hopefully I can get better at it in the coming weeks. Barbell clean: 4x3 30kg. First time doing this, so took me a while to understand it, but I got there. Barbell back squat: 4x5 40kg. Barbell push press: 4x5 (was supposed to do this, but was too tired from everything else) Supposed to do pull ups, but can't do those yet, so I did assisted chin-ups again: 4x5. Tried 45kg but was too tiring. I tried 50kg and just about did it. Seated External Rotation: 2x12 8kg. My form is off on this... I have to keep jerking my arm up, will have to keep working on it. Diet: Done Education: 1/4
  16. Day 10: 28/03/17 Strength: Decided to leave it until tomorrow (because I can still fit in 3 days of exercise if I go tomorrow) Diet: Done Education: 2/4
  17. Day 9: 27/03/2017 Strength: Still sore, didn't go to gym. Diet: Remembered not to have crisps today. Education: 2/4 House: Hoovered.

Day 8: 26/3/17 Strength: Supposed to go to gym today, but legs are still sore and my workout involves my legs so might leave it today (maybe if my legs are better tomorrow I can go then to make up for it). Diet: I didn't realise it was a new week so I had crisps , no chocolate or gummies though. Education: 3/4 House: Didn't do.

  21. Heya, good luck with this challenge. It seems like a lot of goals, but if some of them are habits, then that's easier.
  22. Day 6: 24/3/17 Strength: Finally went back to the gym today! Felt kinda nice to be back. Bulgarian Split Squat - 4x5 First time doing these. I wobbled a little, but overall good form. Was a little sore afterwards from not having done squats in a while. One Arm Dumbbell Row - 4x8 Decided to go back to 16kg so that I could keep good form and didn't exhaust myself so much that I couldn't do any more of the exercises well (like what happened in my last challenge). Barbell Bench Press - 4x5 Lowered back to 32kg too to keep good form and not get too exhausted. Also was first day back so I suppose it was best not to push myself too much. Hanging Scapular Retraction - 2x12 First set was doable, but I had to stop twice in the second set. My hands got so sweaty too it was difficult to hold onto the bar. But er... is it normal to feel like your wrists are dislocating from your hands? I heard lots of cracking too lol. I might just need to work on my grip strength. Diet: Chocolate still looks so nice, but I resisted. Education: 1/4

  24. Great goals and good luck with your Masters, Uni can be so stressful. Great news your sleep has improved, plenty of time to go for walks in nature. Sounds lovely!
