    • Thank you!  Just trying to find ways daily to make life feel more full and beautiful.    I tried just journaling and it never offered me enough structure. The book was helpful in guiding me  in finding at least a purpose on why I am doing this.  As for it being a commonplace book for you, I think that is amazing and actually is one of the sections the book references (they are called collections).   Unfortunately a large portion of my collections are digital and I haven’t dug into the digital version of the Bullet app to see if it integrates well with my current commonplace.
    • Did not call the electrician yesterday. I had every intention of doing it, but then got sucked into a project and forgot until dinner time
    • Today is a rest day. Still restless and wandering about though, so not ideal.   made more soup (tomato and chilli) and did some more to my bujo. experimenting with blending again. Turned out pretty nicely.
    • Friday Report -  A very good day. Spent the afternoon working around the farm - got my stair stringer cut and the anchor posts cut with holes dug, exercises and groomed my horse, did some fence work, and still had time to read a couple chapter of The Hobbit. I like my job and am excited about the new position, but I'd really be quite happy if I was in a position to just work on my farm every day. Looked at horses in the evening, which I knew was a bad idea since I'm not ready to actually bring one home yet. Found a black Quarter Horse at 14.3 hands named Boone who I fell in love with almost immediately. Might whale away on fence posts for a while today and see if I can't get some progress going there. I need to get them out before someone else buys Boone! Also discovered a gorgeous piece of property for sale near me and once again made a plug on discord for a NF commune. One of these times they're gonna go for it, I just know it.   Saturday: Off to a good start this morning. Chores done, prepped for class, breakfast eaten. Going to lift at 9, then class at 10, then hang stair stringers at 11. Pause for lunch, then get back to completing the staircase and fence work. I am a bit behind on my class readings, but far enough along to get through class today and then it's reading week, so I'll put some real effort into catching up, since I have to turn my Reading Log in at the end of the week. Rain predicted for tomorrow, but if the staircase gets done today, that means the next phase of the work in inside, so weather stops being such a limiting factor.
    • Sleep is important though. There is small comfort that you were not sleep-walking.
    • The itching is horrible.  Also, I see what you did here and it was really nice of you to word it so. I hope you heal quickly!   this is very useful! It seems like walking for you has become strength training for me. Simple but yet…heavy.
    • It was just one of those weeks in which time just evaporated.  Really, what happened was I had things to do in the time I usually get to myself and I was thrown off.  It's all good, just different.   Run buddy and I got our course pre-game run in on Tues, bright and early sunrise run.  She had to come back to my house to get ready for work because workers had turned off power and water at hers.    Wednesday evening was a night out at a lecture.  Interesting but it put me home well after my usual heading to bed time, which through off my Thursday morning.    Friday and Saturday somehow have lots of family/nibling time planned.  Always adorable and tiring because I'm' the least seen  therefore most needed person.  Aunt Chesh these are my shovels, Aunt Chesh I don't know who belongs to this room (my favorite so far!  his was of asking who's room is this), Aunt Chesh I need to show you X... etc.   Super cute   And tomorrow morning, I get picked up around 6am because rules say we have to be down at the check in around 6:30.  Our race doesn't start until 8:40.  I know that time will pass pretty quickly with the energy and all, it just sounds long sitting here now.  And the weather looks cool and bright.    I celebrated a little prematurely.  I made my meal plans for M-F but didn't consider weekends in that.  I will make a quick and dirty plan that is very adaptable to friends swooping in to my life and stealing me away for who knows what.  I'm seeing a pot of soup, frozen in portions, to be eaten with veggie loaded grilled cheese as an easy go to dinner or lunch.

    • maybe you need a little quality recharge time. I know i find when im very tired i get restless in a nonproductive, cannot stick to anything way. I end up flitting from one thing to another and get nothing done. (Endless scrolling is the worst. So tempting, yet so draining) Be kind to yourself. Autumn is definitely making me go into hibernation mode right now. Everyone here seems to be having the “clear out the cave for winter” instinct. Sometimes the turning seasons throws everything out of whack.    Ive had this when trying new layouts. Sometimes they just don't work for my head or when i am low energy. worst case scenario you could always tip in a half page or something    https://www.archerandolive.com/en-gb/blogs/news/tip-ins-101-the-what-why-how-of-adding-tip-ins-to-your-journal#:~:text=A tip in is a,or any other flat object.
    • I don't know what causes this feeling of overwhelm and disengagement, but I get it a lot. I assumed it was due to the fatigue but if it happens in other people with different conditions, then maybe not. Maybe there are many paths to the mini burnouts. Be kind to yourself and I hope we will feel better soon.
