    • Looking at the picture I was all like "I don't see a safe house" The I realized, of course I don't see it; if I did, it wouldn't be much of a ranger safe house!
    • Good artists copy, great artists steal.   This theme all flows so smoothly together and melds with your goals so nicely - it's a beautiful challenge!
    • I want you to know that I had a dream last night that after playing a single note on my violin, the E string broke and managed to take out the neck with it.  Standing there, the body in one hand, the finger board in the other, the two linked by 3 strings and me going "what the hell man?!?"
    • I have been feeling this rather hard myself, lately. Here's to finding the beauty in the barrenness.   You are fantastic at this, and have helped me to become better at it as a result, but agreed, a little intentionality from time to time can really help reinforce good habits.
    • I missed this link the first time around. That's impressive!!
    • Lower scored day yesterday. Goal is to average over 50 Argold/day for the whole challenge. There's 100 Argold possible, with 50 of them from expanding the islands of order. I was really drained by the time I made it home. Cats spent the day at the vet's (they're fine, regular checkup, but they hates it). Didn't have the spoons to really make progress, but assessed where I was at and decided I could properly clean the messes of the day, instead of shoving them aside to be delt with later. Cat carriers had their doors removed and put back into their position as hidey holes. Dishes were washed, apartment restored to the state it was when I woke up.    Thursday, 34/100 Argold. 181 total Argold earned over 3 days, so average is still above 50     Week 0   Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Fight the Chaos +50 Argold/day possible   50 50 10       Push it back! +5               Defeat the encroachment! +10       +       Expand the islands! +50   + +                         Wordchians (all actions can be done twice per day) +10 Argold/day possible   10 10 10       Say a chain +1   ++ ++ ++       Light a candle +1   ++ ++ ++       Be still and know +1   ++ ++ ++       Time for study +2   ++ ++ ++                       Survey the lands +6 Argold/day possible   1 0 2       A brief foray +1   +   ++       Walk the perimeter +5                               Exercise the Grivecks +2 Argold/day possible   0 2 4             + ++                       The Care and Feeding of the Quaternary +14 Argold/day possible   10 5 5       Home made +5   +           Eat at table +1               Without distractions +1               Have a salad +1   +           Protien shake with fish oil +1   + + +       Tangy Tangerine +1   + + +       AM oral health +1   + + +       PM oral health +1     + +       Make Bed +1               Clean Mask +1   + + +       Deep Clean CPAP +5 (once a week)                               Laungage Study +5 Argold/day possible   5 2 2       Morning +1   + + +       Evening +1   + + +       10+ lessons in a day +3   +                           Sharpening skills Unlimited, ideally at least +6 Argold/day possible               Engagement +1               Completion +5                               Auriad practice +5 Argold/day possible   1 1 1       A little (wrist / ankles) +1   + + +       A bit (back) +3               A lot (follow a routine)+5
    • Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do I'm half crazy all for the love of you
    • This is a big one for me too - apologizing is really baked in to Canadian culture (it’s a stereotype for a reason!) and I am already a people pleaser and very empathetic. Sometimes I apologize for hurts that could happen even if they haven’t happened yet. This is completely ridiculous. I have been taking a page from Dave’s book though - he doesn’t apologize unless he has actively made a hash of something, and the only person he every says “I am sorry about x” to is me. I think he takes it to a bit of an extreme, but somewhere between our polarities is a middle ground that is useful.    Thanks for this AP. You’re a star.
    • This is a beautiful challenge, perfect for chilly autumnal days when we all could use a cozy cat curled up in a library.
