What are some of your fitness goals?

it'd be nice to be able to do a pull-up.  Just one, I'm not greedy.  Upper body strength is what important now.  Unfortunately, my wrists aren't the most flexible, so doing push ups, or anything that requires a full flexion of the wrist doesn't work very well for me.  I think i need to get something that allows me to do a pushup without flexing the wrist.  I think I've seen such things.

A small pair of dumbbells can be used as push-up handles, and can do double duty as... well... dumbbells.
