vengefulpear
I was just looking up some new music to have on my runs/workouts and I thought it would be good to have some songs that reflects the true nerdy nature of the Rebellion! So far I think my favourites are: I was wondering if you guys had any other geeky tunes to rock/work out to? Cr33g
I've always wanted to do squats to the Skyrim main theme... I dare someone to say that isn't epic. Quote Link to comment

No one will, because that's not true. Anything by DragonForce qualifies, but I also find the soundtrack to Batman: Arkham City to be quite epic as well. vengefulpear
I'm kind of ashamed that I didn't think of the Skyrim soundtrack! For that matter I should really give a shout out to the Dark Knight Rises soundtrack as well! level250geek
If you like anime themes, the theme from Attack on Titan is one the most badass ones ever. Also, the theme from Deadman Wonderland has that late '90s nu-metal nostalgia thing going on. Oh, and theme from Toriko is just over-the-top ridiculous awesome. WizardTrip
I'll throw out a couple game soundtracks. Several songs on the Castlevania: SOTN soundtrack. Primarily the prologue, but several others would work too. Almost no one will no this one, but the music from The Terminator game for Sega CD is great and perfect for workout music. WizardTrip
Can you rip the tracks from the game cds or do you have to buy them separately? Not like a normal audio CD, but yes. I've only done it on older PSX and Sega CD games. For those, you just need to look for the tracks within the disc's folder hierarchy on your PC. They'll typically be in a wav format that you can just copy to your computer and convert to MP3, etc. Quote Level 6 Wizard of Beer Warrior STR 21.25 | DEX 5.75 | STA 7.75 | CON 3.50 | WIS 9.50 | CHA 3.25 Twitter | Epic Trip | Current Challenge Previous Challenges: 1 2 3 4 5 *the warrior formerly known as icedtrip and former dothraki god of thunder furyan* Link to comment
level250geek
Look up An Ideal of Hope by Hans Zimmer on YouTube. I'm not sure if you can legitimately buy the track, but if you can rip the audio somehow (or, even better, find the MP3 for sale), this makes a great pre-workout psyche-up. It's the music that played during the second full-length Man of Steel trailer. Guest asdf
My workout starts with the main theme music from the Tron soundtrack called "The Grid". And then I pretend to be a power ranger while Buckethead's cover of the Power Ranger theme song plays. Quote Link to comment
