I haven't fallen off the wagon, been eating well, enjoying life, and overcame my first hurdle!I started with being able to barely complete 2 circuits of the beginner bodyweight workout. I thought I would die after. Wanted to skip the next one. Today, I managed 3 circuits! I am sore and pumped and wickedly high on adrenaline right now! Finally found my motivational push for work outs too! On breath outs when I want to give up, I form the words "This... is... sparta!" and get through it! Feels epic!
