Theres nothing better than the feeling of adding or trading plates. Adding 5lb plates to an empty bar. Or taking the 25lb plates off and throwing 35s on there. Quote "I can. I will. It's especially fun to trade up plates at our gym since everything is colour coded so it feels like you're moving up a grading system. I'm stalled out right now, but I'm going to deload and try to go up more.Also, I love being able to put on bigger plates too, it feels so good to see 45lb plates on the bar when I'm doing squats, deadlifts, or bench press. it'll be a while (if ever) until my OHP involves 45's.
