It really ups the game of the croquette. An empanada place back east used to serve chicken croquettes with a yummy pico de gallo type side and a salad with a ranch-ish dressing. The dressing was fantastic on the croquettes. I applaud you on preparing for your meetings. I really loathe people who show up unprepared, especially people who LEAD meetings. They're just unproductive otherwise and I am not about unPRODUCTITUDE. Boo. You sound like a great boss! I appreciate a no-nonsense boss. Straightshooting is the only way to go. You're lucky to be shed of the guy who didn't want to be on the team. I can wing a speech with the best of them, but I like to be prepared in meetings because no one wants to be in them. There are 3 other teams that were formed and no one wants to pick him up now. Come Monday, we'll see if he asks to join back in. We'll see how that goes. I am realizing more and more that I am wasting my talents here. Were money not a factor, I would be writing and inventing and creating right now. I am in desperate need of a weekend to focus all of this, though. Something I'm not likely to get any time soon. Maybe it's time to find some poker games and win a bit of money to finance a weekend trip...
