AnMiSu Posted October 22, 2013 Report Share Posted October 22, 2013 Last week I started the Paleo lifestyle and I have to say it was a lot easier than I first thought it would be. I don't miss sugar or dairy and I didn't have any cravings. The biggest challenge for me is to add more meat into my diet. Something I'm working on though. I'm also down 7lbs! Since I have over 100lbs to lose, this loss is huge for me. Every little bit helps but this was more than I was expecting. Also, I'm feeling good and am excited and confident that I can reach my health goals. Anyhow, I was pretty excited and just wanted to share. I'm 3 weeks in and as of last Sunday I've lost 5.8lbs so you're doing a lot better than me, congrats! Wish I can totally go Paleo, but being a vegetarian, it's hard to, almost impossible. I've got about a 100lbs to loose too, wonder who will get there first :-p Be sure to keep us up to date...
