First Week on Paleo a Success!

Last week I started the Paleo lifestyle and I have to say it was a lot easier than I first thought it would be. I don't miss sugar or dairy and I didn't have any cravings. The biggest challenge for me is to add more meat into my diet. Something I'm working on though. I'm also down 7lbs! Since I have over 100lbs to lose, this loss is huge for me. Every little bit helps but this was more than I was expecting. Also, I'm feeling good and am excited and confident that I can reach my health goals.

 

Anyhow, I was pretty excited and just wanted to share. Thanks for listening and thank you everyone for all the information you share on these forums, it truly does help!

What was that, a weeks progress? Wow! 

 

I'm 3 weeks in and as of last Sunday I've lost 5.8lbs so you're doing a lot better than me, congrats!

 

Wish I can totally go Paleo, but being a vegetarian, it's hard to, almost impossible. 

 

I've got about a 100lbs to loose too,  wonder who will get there first :-p
