Back to basics!

Hi all,

Only my second post, but I've been lurking a while... Just thought I'd share that I upped my circuits of the beginner body weight workout from 4 to 5 today, and I feel like a champion. I also modded it to swap out the dumbbell rows for assisted pullups and now my arms feel like jelly, my legs are shaky but I feel well worked out for the first time in a long time!

Long way to go to targets, but is this cause for a woot? I certainly think so!
