After fasting for 30 hours I went to the gym on my lunch break and hit 355 pounds on the deadlift for one rep.  Most I've ever deadlifted in my life.  I ripped the crotch out of my jeans and have to work the rest of my shift with a hole in my pants, but it was worth it.

I feel awesome.
