Frenchie getting strong, happy and confident!

Hey everyone! I'm new here so I wanted to introduce myself to you all and maybe get information on how everything works here. I started my fitness and health journey nearly a year ago. I lost 33lbs through weight watchers and loads of cardio. Then I decided I didn't like my body because I was to skinny and I wanted muscles!! I thus started weight lifting and enjoyed it a lost but got lost dietwise (counting calories made me nuts and I started binging way too often). I've put back 11lbs and I discovered this beautiful treasure that is nerdfitness. I know it's only been a week but I'm highly enjoying my workouts and the fact that I can eat well without counting after them.

Hope I'll be able to meet a lot of like minded people who prefer wonder woman and beautiful muscular curves to other women.
