I know it's probably funny a South African joining this forum, but I just love this website. I am very new to Paleo. A bit about myself.... I lost about 38 kilos of which I gained 12 kilos back I used to rock at rockclimbing at loved hiking, then my mom died and I just dealt with it with eating and stop being active. In the meantime I have met a guy who is now really tired of me being overweight. The more I feel pressured, the more I eat..... it needs to stop NOW and I want to take control of my life.
