The New Workout Plan: The Warm Up N/A The Body Rock N/A A Long Walk Hiked the Grand Canyon Bright Angel Trail! We did 3 miles down and 3 back up in about 3 1/2 hours. The Cool I didn't get to do a full cool down, but I did some stretching after the hike. I think this was the first time I completed them without any gloves without any problems! Woot!
