Xena Posted July 31, 2016 Report Share Posted July 31, 2016 Tricep hold done, no EC. Don't think I was isolating my tricep as much as I should have been, but not sure what I was doing wrong. If I were doing it at the gym, I think it would have helped to use pushup bars. Flutter kicks done with EC. Weekend pretty fun so far. Took a hard fall on the trail yesterday. I usually do the dares in the morning, and sometimes I can talk my friend into doing them with me (second time for me) in the afternoon. Core exercises are probably what I'm best at.
