  1. OK hi everyone! Whole lot of firsts right now. This is obviously the first challenge of 2017, it’s my first challenge in a long time, and more importantly it’s my first challenge with the Warriors. I love lifting. Nothing gets me more hyped than getting a heavy Deadlift up but I was/am pretty intimidated of joining the Warriors. The 1RM, the body fat, the cutting / bulking… it just made my head swim. I go to the gym every M/W/F, lift heavy things, and come home. But there’s no growth without discomfort and so here we are. This is something of an admission of general ignorance and something of a plea for help. I lift alone and have been doing so for about a year with a few roadblocks along the way that keep hitting me at the peak of any form of success. I started Starting Strength wanting to get stronger but without any real knowledge base outside of BUCKETS OF CONTRADICTING ONLINE INFORMATION!!!!! I think my form is ok in that I don’t notice any pain but I worry. I’m pudgy again at 218 pounds, 5’9” and all of 28.7% bodyfat (thanks smart scale!) hell I’m not even technically sure how you count the weight you lift… It’s been a while since I lifted and I went in the other day and had a bit of a drop but here’s where I’m at now. These are my normal working weights at the moment running a 3x5 layout save for the Deadlift at a 1x5 working set. Squat 2x 70 lbs x 45 lb bar so 185? Bench Press 2 x 45 x 45 bar so 135? Dead Lift 2 x 90 x bar so 225 (that lost weight hurts) Overhead Press 80 pounds Beyond that I do some other exercises that help the big ones but I want to be more and to do better. My big three goals at this time are 1. Do an unassisted ‘third world squat’ which I’ve read will help tremendously with my squat and deadlift. I’ll practice it every day at least once for one minute until I can get ass to grass. 2. Workout every M/W/F. I miss it. I started up a new job as a Substitute Teacher and that screwed my attempts to wake up at 5 am to lift when I’d have to get ready for work at 630. So I got a permanent ‘Go Gym Bag’ in my car so on the way at home? BAM workout! 3. Mobility work - I’m still working on this one but I want to be more flexible, I want to be able to move with ease. Thursday will be that day and if I have any down time during class I’ll do it then too. As a kicker life goal I miss having a dedicated morning / evening schedule. I’ve fallen off quite a bit for that so my plan is to be asleep by 2145 and awake at 0545. I have a set morning / evening routine. More importantly I want to know how to set goals like “be able to Squat X by dd/mm/yyyy” I’m nervously excited to be here and hope to improve and learn from you guys! Douglas (Now I got even more to work on with the new tips from the NF crew for the challenge!)
  2. Right!? It feels really alien at first but you kinda get used to it after a while Sounds like you've already got some plans on what you want to do! Welcome aboard and you'll find an abundance of people that are knowledgeable and helpful all you gotta do is ask. Again welcome to the Forum! Douglas
  3. Pretty much that, Trick lol I'm not in Yoga but I'm everywhere else... just too enticing. Not going to lie the 'sorting hat' approach to putting people into their factions sounds very interesting. I'm stoked about finding out which banner I'll be flying.
  4. It hinted at a 'monthly subscription' which kinda puts me off (Big reason I never got into MMOs) but damn it I'm too enticed by this mystery and the factions!
  5. tl;dr I haven't been with the forum but have generally been working out and being productive and want to be back. Almost a year has passed since the last time I gazed upon the forum or Nerd Fitness in general. It's so easy to get swept away in things like unemployment and problems around the house needing repairs, I didn't even think about it until I happened across an NF email the other day and started to creep again. It seemed like a lot had changed, a lot of polish, a lot of upgrades in general. I'm not sure what I'm trying to say here but It's a respawn like any other. I've continued to work out save for a long stagnation mid year that just 'one more dayed' into close to two months of inactivity. That pissed me off and it's not something I'd recommend haha. Best of luck to you all and I'm happy to be back. Douglas
  6. OK! Weekend / Monday report. I floundered. I just didn't get it done over the weekend. No excuses. Monday I got back on my grind, worked out, read my book on Eastern Philosophy and affirmations and finally did my taxes. Not something that's necessarily out of the ordinary but damn that stuff is uncomfortable. I like to think that I'm finding it more difficult to focus on my daily tasks because next week is the trip and I keep thinking about that lol. I'm not sure. Um regarding my hand. I did work out Friday too and went down to meet that girl so that definitely counts lol hand is still slightly numb oddly. Like 95% feeling so nothing really concerning at the moment. I'm going to find a way to at least do partial activities when I'm in Florida. Thanks for dropping by! I'm sorry I sorta vanished for a bit. For the Rebellion! Douglas
  7. Okay! Short and sweet. Goal one! I did a few things that quite frankly made me uncomfortable so mission accomplished. I'm going to get today's uncomfortable out of the way and write about it. Apparently I like my routine. I like consistently doing the same stuff. I wasn't really aware of it. I've been wanting to go to a motorcycle shop near me for a long time because I keep musing about buying a bike. Also I wanted to go to a Boot Barn near my work because I'm on a quest for a pair of jeans that actually fit. I think they make me uncomfortable just because I know those are usually places where the hyper masculine dwells and I'm just me. It was horribly uncomfortable but what're you going to do. That happened Tuesday. Wednesday I asked a girl that I met online via text (I rarely go anywhere so it's hard to meet people). I'll see her tomorrow if it all follows through so. . . yeah. ADHSJKAFHDKJFH Goal two! I was watching a movie on Tuesday and seemed to pinch a nerve in my right arm and my hand has been numb ever since. I didn't go to the gym Wednesday and tried to make up for it with push ups and dips and squats throughout the day. Not ideal but I didn't want to chance anything since I can't feel my right hand. Feeling is returning so we should be good for tomorrow. Goal three! Chugging right along. I think the hardest part about the affirmations is to not just roll my eyes and go 'yeah right' when I read them. I'm getting better at it though! Reading through my book too so we're good Will keep the updates flowing! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  8. What you're serious? lol that's hilarious! Well historically we used to go in early March (College spring break) but we ended up going towards the end of April so break out that sunscreen and water! That'd be cool! The grip routine I'm following I picked up at T Nation. I personally do the finger curls on Monday, the farmer's walk on Tuesday, and the plate pinch on Friday. I do it a little different because on Friday is my offset farmer's walk for core exercises and to do both farmer's walk and offset farmer's walk on the same day would be rough. I've found their exercises to be helpful for my jacked up wrist. Anywho Goal 1! Swing and a miss. Just didn't feel like I did anything to step out of my comfort zone. Everything felt kind of normal. We went to a store and I wussed out of talking to random people so yeah. Goal 2! Monday kicked my butt so that's definitely a pass. I notice that every time I grind and get to the next level I do something stupid and injure myself or something that sets me back to my previous weight. I think there's a mental cap that's stopping my growth. Goal 3! I finished a really short book called the "Warrior Ethos" by Steven Pressfield that extolls the virtues of living a harder life with less frills to harden a man and am now reading another book called "Eastern Philosophy for Beginners" by Jim Powell. I finally got a library card from my local place and have been checking out books. I didn't realize how fun that is! God that's nerdy. . . Anyway so I've been doing that yes and I've also crafted several different incantations and affirmations that I go through at least once a day. So yay progress! Thus ends the update, For the rebellion! Douglas
  9. For the first time, Lighthouse ventured out from the Adventurer's refuge with purpose. The iron's call proving to be too much for him to deny. He was incredibly nervous about the ordeal and knew nothing but horror stories from high school football and college lifters that were intolerable but he knew one thing: He liked moving iron and he wouldn't improve if he didn't move among them. Hi, I'm Douglas this is my commitment to the Rangers group. I dabbled in it a while ago but I want to stay. I got some nasty self-image and depression issues that have pretty much been there since ever but I hold onto the two constants that 45 pounds is 45 pounds and that I feel damn good about myself after I leave the gym. On top of that lately I've been actually enjoying sprints and running so I think I might be evolving into a Ranger. For my three challenges I will be focusing on breaking discomfort. The first goal and the scariest one for me. My frog. I will do something every day that pushes beyond my comfort zone. Ideally, I'll be striking up a conversation with a random person every day whether at the gym or at the market. I'll climb into my shell and can go the whole day without talking to anyone and it royally screws my dating / professional life. This one will be a daily post that I'll also be tracking in Habitica. Simple pass fail The second goal that I'll be doing will be more of a 'stay the course' I go to the gym MWF and am digging it and want to keep that track going. I'm doing Starting Strength while reading the book with a slight variation. At the end of the session, I'll do some ab and grip work. I've noticed that a big stopper on my progress has just been my grip whether it's too weak or too sweaty I find my hands slipping. I got some chalk last week so we'll give that a try. Simple pass-fail, did I go to the gym or didn't I? The third and final goal for this challenge is a matter of growth. My inner talk is so negative/pessimistic and hampering to growth and success that it's basically stagnated my life and it's just too much to handle. This is a two prong attack. The first prong is that every day I will recite affirmations and even incantations as I learn more about the latter. In the last week, I learned about the idea of the two and have been working with the former which is why I think I’m even doing this challenge. The second prong is spiritualism. I found that when I was experimenting a little with Buddhism that I found a new sense of just general contentment with things. I didn't commit to it and simply skimmed the surface and faded away. My plan is to live at the local library and get a book on either Shinto, Buddhism, or Taoism and read through it and possibly more this challenge. The pass is to read at least 10 pages. I'll be tracking all of this in Habitica. Now there is one thing about this challenge. The week of the 20th I'm going to visit a friend in Florida so I won't be able to strictly gym it up but I'll be hoofing it a LOT (we're going to Disney World) so I'll make up for it with that and try to get some good body weight stuff in too. For the Rebellion! Douglas
  10. OK! The conclusion to our journey. No I did not complete my Tome, and for my fasting I'm not sure of the progress there so I'll consider that to be a mild failure too. Oh well! I'm working through the Four Hour Workweek while also rereading through Starting Strength so there's slow progress there. The one thing I set out to do to break through fear I did though. On Friday I hiked Sunset Peak! Now Sunset is in the Mount Baldy area which I've never really been to and after getting lost for a legitimate hour and a half I found my destination and parked. Happy to be standing and out of the car I readied my backpack with the few things I'd taken for Just In Case scenarios. I stepped out and looked at two paths before me. There was no real sign to follow but to the right (in the dark shade where that glimmer of light is) there was a very wide gentle sloping path that looked as though it'd gradually come up the mountain. To the left it was a lot more challenging but it looked more interesting. With a single solitary 'fuck it' I decided to make it an adventure and took the left path. I ascend the first grade shown on Google and there's a plateau there. My legs are already burning a bit and my chest is heaving but I collect myself and move forward slowly up the mountain. I never see the 'easy path' and notice that the path keeps getting more and more difficult with increasingly vague clues as to which direction to go. I pursued the peak at the edge of this little mountain and kept moving. There were several times in which the path vanished all together leaving me to wonder what direction was necessary and at several points having to hump over boulders. I'm wearing Vibram Five Fingers right now (Bikila for the record) and am positively convinced that while stepping on rocks hurt they were part of the main reason I never left my footing and slipped, fell, or slid down the rocks. My toes articulation wedged into a variety of spots and kept me stable. The Fun Way I figured the only way out was up so we kept going. As I climbed I could see the parking area from where I was get smaller and smaller and smaller until it finally faded from view behind a peak. It's the peak getting overshadowed by the sun. There was a final steep ridge that I ran up convinced I'd just slide back down if I tried it slowly and I hit that ridge and everything was flat. I was on the easy path now and that metal roof in the first link was in sight! I hit the end! My legs were unsteady and I was heaving trying to catch my breath and I walked out to the top of the mountain and took in the magnificent view around me. The sight seemingly covered the entirety of the Inland Empire although with the thick haze in the atmosphere it made taking pictures nightmarish. From behind a bush a guy wearing casual pants and a shirt with no pack casually saunters out and sees me drenched with sweat and gulping down air and in a European accent (Danish? I'm not sure) he greets me and I greet him through several breaths. He chuckles at my state of disrepair and I move on basking in the glow of my victory. The dull way I plopped down on a rock where I could look out towards Los Angeles and ate my warriors feast of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a can of coffee (that's my thing. I love canned coffee). It was a magnificent moment filled with all the sound of nothing. Nothing at all, no jets, no cars, no people. It was as though the world itself had ceased spinning. After a while I composed myself and decided to go back down. I took the easy path this time and realized something. The easy path is freaking boring! I casually sauntered down the mountain and got back in my car and left. That's it! No boulders, no questions in the road. It was positively dull. If I had taken the time to go UP the easy path I would have hated the ordeal and likely been bored with the prospect of hiking and yet with the fun path all I could think of were the fun moments and questions as I climbed not knowing if I was even supposed to be where I was. Sweet Sweet Sweet Victory Lovely little Frost moment there but the point is I set out to do it and I did it. It's funny though I didn't realize what the path was like, I didn't realize how long it was until it was already happening. If I had known what it would be like and how long it would take I probably wouldn't have gone. I probably would have thought I couldn't do it or that it would be too hard or maybe too dangerous but I couldn't back out when I was on the trail. I was already there and it was bloody hard going up the fun path I would have HATED trying to slowly slide down those steep grades. All in all, a damn fun journey and I hope to do it again soon! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  11. A long overdue response. Thank you so very much for contributing guys @Sylvaa You're never late lol thank you for tagging along! I have absolutely no idea what my body's caloric needs are. According to random websites it's 3000 though O.o. I've avoided trying to count calories because it's nightmarish trying to do it while living with my parents. I just try to eat when I'm hungry and let my stomach be my guide. Same thing with Carb cycling, I'm a stubborn old bore when it comes to food. I like keeping things simple and knowing who the good guys are and who the bad guys are. Maybe once I get my own place I'll be able to. I've done IF before with great success but never in conjunction with weight lifting and I think I just wasn't supplying enough food during my eating window. I'm going to try for it again and really make an effort towards eating enough. Breathing on the workouts is infinitely better! I'm focusing on breathing strategically and while I still get a little dizzy from time to time it's no where near as bad as before. @Nicole Thank you! I'm glad I could provide a little entertainment in my madness lol I'm happy to hear about your conquering of needles. I always loved the remark that fear treats cowards and heroes the same. It's how they respond that makes the difference. @Kim Loved the post thanks for the encouragement! Your story about Hamilton's quote is kind of humorous to me in an odd way. The way you described it's effect on you is odd. I've never seen that quote before but reading it I interpreted it differently (Maybe I have personality disorders too! haha). I interpreted that as meaning that as long as you're trying then you're completing the workout. Sure it might not be the best but no matter what when you're trying you're doing more than the person who isn't. Sorta that adage that 'a person walking to the end of the block and back is still doing more than the person that's just sitting on the couch.' I don't know anything about her so that's probably not how she meant it but. . . Actually I don't know where I'm going with this >_> Thank you for your suggestion. It's so bloody easy to relive every agonizing detail of a short coming but damn if the buzz of glory doesn't dim in a hurry. . . Part of why I wrote that to actually acknowledge to myself It's been great to read your responses I read them all a few days ago but just haven't responded yet. Positive reinforcement makes me anxious lol. It's been kind of rough, most everyone I know has been sick I have no idea what's up with that. Slipped a bit here and there but have been doing well. I've been reading, practicing Spanish, working out, fasting again, just haven't been doing the important things like working on the Tome. . . Or finding a new job. Might make that the focus of the next challenge. These are things I need to do! Not the best of responses but I'm feeling a bit under the weather myself now. For the Rebellion! Douglas
  12. Freaking that right there. I could never stick with it for the same reason. The workouts are just not engaging and take a bloody long time. Sounds like you're doing great! How're the joints responding now that your pushing a little again? For the Rebellion! Douglas
  13. 'reactive arthritis from a cold' Wut? Well regardless of the bizarre conclusion. . . yay closure!? I'm very happy to hear your joints aren't giving you such a hard time now if only yeolde knees will agree to play nice. Yeah I wouldn't push running that seems like a solid plan. Some lighter impact stuff to help you build momentum and health and also allow your knees to rest. Glad to hear you're still pumping though! How's Fates and Furries now that you're a bit in? Go Go Go! Douglas

Dude I dropped the ball something fierce here lol That's great you're grinding away! I personally don't believe that decluttering is necessarily a 'challenge' but it's like a booster for the other things. The less clutter I have (it takes a conscious effort to reduce too) the more engaged i am for the other parts of the challenge so don't discount it! lol. I'm also glad to see you're pulling a page off of my book even if the book is kind of warped. Glad it's working for you I got it originally from a book called the Warrior Diet which I need to revisit >_> I noticed when I was strength training my cardio seemed to taper off too. It's not exactly a 'problem' but it's kind of annoying. Takes a little extra umph to lace up the tennies when you're already sore from pumping lol. I personally try to focus on just working out on the work days and try to be more active the rest of the week whether it's standing at my desk or walking around more just for the sake of walking. I'm a stocky guy that cardio without purpose (give me a paintball gun and enemy fire and let's rock!) so I feel your suffering there lol. Now Ginger tea with turmeric? Gotta Google that now Keep it up! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  15. The warrior faltered. His boots slipped beneath him and the ground felt uncertain. His thoughts consumed by self doubt and frustration that his tasks had led him astray of what was best for him. In earnest heendeavored and now found himself away from his starting point but only marginally closer to where he wanted to be. In disgrace, he avoided his reports to tell of his journey. One night after a long slow day he sat and recalled his own words that he'd spoken to others countless times. To take it easy, to adapt and be flexible, that progress is still progress regardless of the size of it. The dim light glowed a hint brighter and he set ink to parchment. Slightly dramatic lol but I've been lurking through the forums while not posting on my own content. Commenting on others threads gave me a sense of happiness and hope that maybe my own words would rub off on me. You know the old saying about "would you ever say what you say to yourself to another person?" or something like that. Yeah. . . 1st Goal! Um. . . yeah. . . I'm not fasting at the moment. I find myself constantly gasping for energy. I think there are just too many different changes happening and my body is pissed off and rebelling so I'm focusing on trying to eat buckets of protein, water, and vegetables. 2nd Goal! I've been reading the 4 Hour Work Week along with Starting Strength by Mark Ripptoe again. I've also been studying Spanish every night. I keep forgetting about it until just before bed but I am doing it so yaaaaay. 3rd Goal! The Tome goes slowly. I just never seem to find the time for it. . . orrather I never seem to make the time. I'm not making it enough of a priority. . . Hiking will happen! I'm taking my mom to see Deadpool this upcoming Friday but the plan is to see it the Friday after. . . fingers crossed. @Kim I share your daughter's opinion on 'if something scares you then you should do it' but knowing the path is a little different than walking the path lol. The intermittent fasting is basically focusing your caloric intake into a specific window during the day. I think I wasn't eating enough in my window to make up for the lack of food the rest of the time. I'm not sure, but that comes with using myself as a guinea pig lol No I definitely have not! I did just now so I could comment on it and am now definitely a member of Super Better! That program looks fantastic and I'm excited to jump in, thank you! Actually I'm not a writer in that sense lol. I write for fun and usually with a few friends. I've never gathered up the gumption to write an actual story / book to share I appreciate the encouragement though! @Sue Well thanks for dropping by! I appreciate your tagging along Well I don't really get dizzy after working out. It's at the tail end of the workout because the last exercises I do are usually either power cleans or deadlifts and I found that I suck at breathing. I was holding my breath through the whole rep and when I'd get to the top of the Powerclean or back to reset on a deadlift I felt like I was just going to collapse then and there. I'd been reading up more on breathing properly to keep myself from eating it. I've been doing well overall. My meditation, workouts, nightly reading, flossing, and room cleaning streaks are all unbroken. However I haven't been taking that extra step to cover the bigger goals I've been meaning to conquer. Anyway there's a check in. Funny to think that all happened in the manner of a week. Bonus points if you checked in on my Woot thread For the Rebellion! Douglas
  16. Thanks everyone for chiming in I was focusing more on trying to breathe properly last session and while I still had a bit of dizzy here and there wasn't nearly as pronounced and I was able to burn through it. I didn't eat anything prior to but I'll give it a shot tomorrow morning. Last session I did 5 minutes of very light jogging and focused all the energy on the workout itself and burned it away. I'm going to make a point to finish Starting Strength so that way I can do the program. Thank you guys again for contributing so I can be less of a dumby. For the rebellion! Douglas
  17. Dude. Power naps are your friendddddd. It's the biggest reason why I can wake up early. I personally use an app called Pzizz that has a module for power naps and one for sleeping. I find that the 20-30 minute mark per nap works well for me and I don't want to die at night lol.
  18. Hey fellow Californian! Welcome to the Rebellion! Work can definitely be a big source of how you take care of your body. It's such a simple thing it gets overlooked. I'm not going to lie I'm pretty envious of your signing up for martial arts. I really want to but haven't jumped that hurdle just yet lol. Very cool that you've been making progress and I hope that we can help you sustain and grow! I'm also pretty damn envious that you got to meet Steve. I couldn't make the LA meetup and that burned my butt. How're you liking the book? I found it to be a freaking jolt of pure energy into my core! Best of luck in your fight Rambo! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  19. Hi Phil Welcome back! I know that feeling! I had an old username that didn't fit who I am and so when I hit the post allotment I changed it. It's for the best so welcome MONITOR! Get to it you got this! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  20. Welcome to the Rebellion! It's never too late to jump in! Like Tideling you definitely have nice goals that will prove effective. The only tip of advice I might offer from my own experience is that I couldn't get myself to sit still for 10 minutes to meditate. I couldn't make a habit of it because my monkey mind was just grasping at everything as to not think about the moment. I cut back to 5 minutes and was able to keep up the momentum so if you're struggling with that I might recommend cutting the time on it. Best of luck to you you got this! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  21. Whatttttt you've been to Petra!? Which goblet did you drink from!? That is wicked even if it didn't go very well. I can only imagine how amazing Mount Fuji will be. Digging the challenges everything seems in line and achievable. My favorite is definitely 4. I got my inner voice that is so brazenly hypercritical of me that it's borderline paralyzing at times but just like water against the cliff eventually small successes can help wear it down. The voice will fight, will tell you that you don't deserve those successes and it's an absolute bastard to get rid of but you must! You must try and push beyond it! That goes towards your activities too! The way you speak to yourself about the tasks you set out for yourself will directly dictate how you go about them or if you do at all! If you're thinking "Awwww man I gotta do yoga, crap." vs "Heck yeah lemme get my stretch on!" Oh boy is that a shift in state and it shows! You can do this! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  22. Whoa that's a lot of stuff! You've had some pretty dramatic shifts lol. Seems like you have a lot on your plate too! What time are you going to sleep now? Too big of a jump can prove quite difficult to surmount even without a little one chittering about. Overall it looks like you have straightforward tasks that can be beaten. Welcome (back?) to the forum and let's get to work! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  23. Hell yes! Love hearing that you're getting back on the horse. It's corny but the 1st law of the Rebellion is pretty great. It doesn't matter where you've been, what happened to you, what choices you made, what matters is where you are right now and what you're going to do now in this instant. And it sounds like you're using this instant to make some progress! I've never messed with coloring books but night time calming activities like reading fiction have definitely eased my monkey mind before slumber. Best of luck to you on your respawn! Douglas

Hey! That's great that you're sticking around for a second challenge Love the goals and agree completely with both you and Sue. How you word a task creates immense emotion towards how you feel about it. "Awwwww man I gotta get up early and workout" vs "Hell yeah let's go!" that's a completely different state of mind and it shows in how you go through the process. A lot of it comes back to that wonderful notion of 'fake it till you make it.' Even if you don't feel that good about something hype yourself up. Bounce around a bit, clap your hands, listen to a lame 80s song like Heart On Fire or something like Shake it Out by Taylor Swift (Don't judge me!!!) take some hard breaths and get to it. Eventually it doesn't suck so much lol. Love the goals all very basic and helpful. Especially the decluttering. It's not as common here as eating well and exercising but DAMN if it doesn't have a profound impact on a person's mood. Clutter is like a vortex for life energy and the less stuff there is the more enjoyable life seems to be, at least for me. Best of luck to you and welcome back! For the Rebellion! Douglas
  25. Welcome to the Rebellion! I'm happy to hear that your friend coaxed you to the forum. It's a great place I'd also suggest you slap an introduction up just to say hey to nerds. Sounds to me like you took a really big bite out of NYRs and couldn't quite chew it through lol I hate those things I always set out to set the world on fire and there's just too many dramatic changes and I flop on my face. The challenge set up is a lot easier dragon to slay to get you building momentum. Your goals look good, I don't see any problems there. I might suggest that you try to slowly phase your sleep patterns. As a former night owl turned not really morning lark I'll say it's a bloody nightmare making the jump from "I go to sleep at 2 am" to "I go to sleep at 11." There are a few articles online covering it that you might check out. Either way if you have questions you have a bountiful collection of helpful folks that'll chuck some nugget of wisdom your way For the Rebellion! Douglas
