  3. I just got a resistance band for my pull ups!!! I'm pretty sure I should have gotten a higher resistance though :-/ Thinking about getting the light band now and just doubling up the bands so I can get through a full set.

    I'm leaning towards Scouts, right now my primary focus is running and strength training is kind of secondary. Obviously this may change, but thats why it's nice to know you can guild hop between challenges.

No How much did you Spend? $2.35 Trying to buckle back down today, I went on a sugary beverage spree over the weekend, that rolled over into Monday, but am trying to stay on track today. Worried about tomorrow since we're going to DIsney again but hopefully I'll be good. I've started trying to track all of my food in myfitness pal, I again fell off the band wagon over the weekend on this as well, but starting back strong today. Yesterday food wise wasn't horrible calorie wise but oh the carbs....... Back on track today with my packed lunch and food laid out for dinner.

  12. Sooooo got the job I interviewed for back at the beginning of march Nervouse, excited, sad. SO many emotions, but mainly excited right now, have a feeling it's going to shift toward nervous as my start date gets closer......

Part 1- Starting From the top, I love my hair, it's unruly and uncooperative, but it's long and it's thick and it's naturally this gorgeous golden brown color My Eyes- I have huge eyes, big round wide open eyes, that kinda change color, from brown to green My Stomach- I am lucky enough to not carry my extra weight in my stomach My Butt- As a kid i was teased relentlessly for my "bubble butt", now I could care less I love my butt and how it fills out a pair of jeans and don't ever want to lose it. Part 2- I want to start dressing nicer at work. We have almost no dress code, so I tend to be lazy in the morning, throw my hair up jeans a T shirt and go. But I notice that on the days i do put in some effort i feel better through out the day. I want to start dressing nicer more consistently, maybe just 2 days a week at first while I slowly build up my wardrobe, but I need to start somewhere.
  14. I like this so much!! Sometimes you have to forget about the numbers and focus on how you feel, your doing so awesome!!! Just keep it up and focus on the small decisions that help make you feel better and live healthier

  22. I live in Florida, we don't have conventional "dirt" we have sand. Most of my trails for both hiking and running look roughly like this (picture was huge), and in my current shoes, Vivobarefoot the One, sand gets in. It's not the end of the world it's just uncomfortable, it get between my toes and I have sand in my shoes for days afterward. Just trying to see if anyone knows of any options to keep the sand out.

Either make a commitment to make a certain number of daily healthy decisions, and up that number each week. Or identify the crappy stuff in your diet, and instead of cutting it out, just cut it down." 3. Apply it to your challenge (no collecting underpants here). I actually let myself have a coke on Wednesday, because I was super certain I was dying w/out having it, turns out it was super dissappointing and too sweet. I think I'm already adjusting to having less sugar in my diet
