    • I love this concept so much, and I'm super excited for you to find those small delights through the day!
    • Following for all phases of the moon and good sleeping. I like that you've incorporated daytime habits too!!
    • I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!! I'm cheering for your sensible ways
    • Logless, eh? A bold move. I hope it is both successful and enjoyable.
    • 😭😭😭😭 Beeee-traaaaay-aaaaaalllll   😜 It did excite me, but I don't blame you for using a slick title for your own notions.
    • Next challenge is up. (But this one still has a Chappell Roan/Toni Basil mashup, so...)
    • Oh and the challenge title is reminding me of an album, blackwater park. Great album. Contains death growl, though, so I must issue a warning with my recommendation.
    • No, not literally.  No more travel for a while, please.   My big goal for this challenge is to follow The Flat Belly Diet, which is a slightly tweaked version of the mediterranean diet.  I started it pretty close to the end of the last challenge, lost of bunch of weight right off the bat, then had some issues getting groceries so ended up with a week and a half or so of kind of flailing in the direction of the diet and gained back about 2 of the pounds I lost.  But I got the groceries sorted, so I'm ready to start back up with it!   My minor goal is to get back to my habit of daily exercise.  I finally made it to derby practice last night, and it was great.  The group that was there was a much more mixed-level bunch than the A-team heavy crowd at the scrimmage I attended, and I fit right in.  But, my endurance sucks!  Which is what happens when you take three-ish months off. 🤪 So, got to work on that, somehow.   And, ideally, I'm also going to figure out how to chaos-proof all of this.  Because right now is probably the calmest things are going to be, and there's a decent chance I'm going to be out of a job in a few months.  I should find out mid-November.  And if you've been following me at all, you know that I moved my family across the country at the end of July to start a new job because at the end of April I got told I was getting laid off but then they found me a new position and just transferred me to it in May.  There will be no new position to be transferred to this time around if I get another lay off notice.  Fun fun!
    • I didn't talk about point goals! I'd like to stick with leveling up every 3 challenges, which means I need 3,000 points this time to hit 17,000 total. That's a stretch goal, though, and next challenge is a shorter one, which will also throw things off. So, to level up in 4 challenges, I need 2,250 points which would put me at 16,250. If I hit that, I can buy a fun new lanyard for my fun, new work badge. (The badge isn't actually fun, it's very plain, but new job, new badge, seems like it calls for a new lanyard.) If I get to 17,000, I can buy a set of change plates.   A little bit of Zero Week wrap up: Finished my last week in my old job, which was a bit bittersweet, starting in a new department on Monday. I'm excited about the job portion of the new position, as it's a major step up for me, which will be reflected in the paycheck. But I am going to miss the people here, even though I'm just going one floor down in the same building. Perhaps some of my social goals for this challenge will be staying in touch with old coworkers.   Going to a noon Eucharist in a few minutes and then working on fencing this evening. Tomorrow I'll deadlift and have class in the morning, then hitting the fencing hard in the afternoon. Need to get every squared away because Sunday I am going to look at a new horse! And then we hit Monday and the challenge begins in earnest.   Artemis Prime starts the long, lonely trek back to civilization. She had enjoyed her summer of solitude on the shore and been comfortable here, but there was work that needed done, and it was time to move on to something else. She had not been walking long when she spied a Wight with its Zombies. She hit one heavily with a mace, but they kept dodging her Word of Radiance blasts. She sighed as she walked onward. "This would be much easier if I had a horse."
