Front squats 35kg 4x6

ar dips 8,8,7

rows 45kg 3x8

curls / laterals 3x8 / 2x12

lm press /  rear delt raises bar+18kg 3x8 / band 2x20

 

Band high pulls  2x15

 

8 reps didn’t feel good for front squats so added a bit of weight and dipped to 4x6

 

Got a personal record on assisted ring dips but last rep was ugly. 
 

Changed rep range on rows.

 

Added 0.5kg on lm press and added rear delt superset.

 

I was sweating a lot due to higher reps I think.

Today I was supposed to do one of the famous  hikes in Zermatt but woke up late ?‍♂️

 

So I went to Raron for n Valais, got the cable car up to UNTERBÄCH, then hiked back down to Raron. There was a wobbly suspension bridge on the way.

 

Ive never heard anyone mention this place but noticed the cable car one day.  It was a nice little hike.

 

Zermatt 5 lakes, Verbier, Vercorin and Saas Fee are on my to do list this summer. I’m doing 2 days hiking (and 2 nights drinking ?) in Chamonix Mont Blanc in August.

I’m finally back to training again after working away. 
 

Front squats 36kg 4x6

ar dips +2.5kg 5x5

rows 50kg 3x8

curls / laterals  3x5 / 2x15

lm press / rear delt rows  bar+18.5kg 3x8 / 3x20

 

I added 1kg on squats.

I raised the dip handles so got more range of motion, plus added 2.5kg.

I possible added 2.5kg on rows and changed to underhand grip for the ?.

Added 0.5kg on lm press.

 

No chance of high pulls as fitness has dropped.

 

I will see how much I’m expected to travel next year but my french lessons are going well.
