hass
300x5 baby! Working on 305 now. Doing a RPT style so also pulling 260x8 OHP is being stubborn at 110x4, but I'm still working it and loading 2.5# intervals. Squats -- don't ask. Jumpers Knee has me sidelined for squats right now and I sub in stuff like GM's to do what I can... Quote Link to comment
El Exorcisto
Almost 3 plates, awesome! My press started moving better when I started dropping back and doing 5x10 at 65 after my work sets when I was stuck at 115. I'm doing 5/3/1 so I'm not doing the frequency you are, but it was the answer for my pressing woes.
