Who wants to make a Badass workout?

I got this idea during my challenge, I thought, what would happen if I mixed all of my exercises together? The result, pure awesomeness! So began the making of the Badass workouts, which I am trying to do once a week on Saturday since Sunday is my rest day.

 

But ever since I-Jo made up those Hurpee Burpees (check them out BTW, really brutal) I began to get interested in what others would want to throw in the pot.

 

So by all means my fellow Rebels, go crazy! Make up some insane routine, it can be broken up throughout the day or all at once whatever. I'm hoping whatever is posted will help others if they are in a rut with their workouts.

 

Anything is welcomed:

Dumbbells

Machines

Sandbags

Bars

HIIT

Running

Crossfit

Gymnastics

Parkour

Whatever!!
