Goofyfoot
From around my waist. The first picture is 4 months ago when I first joined NF, I was 312 lbs, and was wearing size 46 pants (44 if I wanted to suck it in) This picture is yesterday, completing my 2nd 6 week challenge, coming in at 248 lbs, and size 34 jeans. I weigh less and have a smaller waist then when I was a freshman in high school now. Literally shedding tears of joy looking at these 2 pictures next to each other. Couldn't have done this without this community! I can't wait to see where I am in 8 months, on my 1 year of awesome anniversary! 20 Quote I haven't made a goal, I have made a lifestyle change.I am not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday. It was hard to make changes at first, I will never go back. The only person that was standing in my way was me. Goofyfoot
Nothing secret! I completely changed my diet to the Paleo eating style, (cutting out soda was huge for me, I was upwards of 100 oz of soda a day) I started with the beginner body weight circuit 3 x a week and intervals 3 times a week, and then moved on to lifting as soon as I got my hands on a cheap weight set from craigslist, all I have been doing! Draezin
I was upwards of 100 oz of soda a day I run on the metric system, so ounces are meaningless to me. I didn't know if that was a lot or a little. Then I checked my converter on my phone... HOLY CRAP! That was almost 3 L of pop a day! Dropping that sugar out of your diet must have been insanely hard! Still jealous too! Quote Link to comment
Goofyfoot
The first two weeks was definitely hard, but how amazing I felt after JUST those two weeks, I had absolutely no desire to go back. 2 Quote I haven't made a goal, I have made a lifestyle change.I am not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday. It was hard to make changes at first, I will never go back. The only person that was standing in my way was me.
