Edigo Posted August 15, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 15, 2014 Whats funny is that i was lucky to stay this healthy this long. I always did my meds but i never made my health a priority. This year i decided to change things, and y average lung capacity on the good days went from 72-75% to mostly 80-82%. And from being sick 1-2 times a year (needing 2 week hospitolization) to less than 1 a year (mostly prevention) and at home. It works!
